At least, twice a day, for 2 minutes each time. Some would argue 3 mins and it’s fine. You’re a pro if you do that. But when you add flossing at least once per day, you’re a rockstar!

A very common question we usually get is, what stains teeth? All the colored food and drinks can potentially stain your teeth- coffee, tea, wine, juice, etc. 🍷☕️🧃

Though we may not ask you to skip your precious caffeine or drinks, we can give you whitening options depending on what suits you best.

We start seeing patients as early as 2 years old. On your child's first visit, our goal is to make your child comfortable inside the clinic from the waiting lounge to the dental chair.

By this time, most kids have had a bad experience with needles and white coats. That's why we try to make them feel at ease. Sometimes we skip the masks and the surgical caps just for them to see we are not monsters. 😇

Next, we ask them to sit on the dental chair and open their mouth. It may or may not progress to an actual cleaning procedure but this important "first visit" is still a progress. 📈

The seemingly mundane steps will build-up and train a child get regular dental check-ups & treatments resulting to good oral health. 👌🏻🦷
