JOB OBJECTIVE:
-To design or create graphics to meet specific commercial or promotional needs, such as packaging, displays, or logos. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Responsible for the preparation of all needed graphic materials for store use such as posters, tower graphics, window stickers.

3. Coordinates with the production department of these publications for the submission of proof and color correction (when necessary) of material to be placed.
4. Coordinates with various suppliers for the production requirement/s of needed materials.
5. Prepares lay – out of all merchandising materials as well as designs of all promotional materials for various activities.
6. Prepares all necessary files of existing materials used (shopping bags, tags, sale talkers... etc.)
7. Develops current material of these and makes the necessary requisitions for replenishment of its inventory
8. Performs other duties as maybe assigned
JOB OBJECTIVE:
• To provide assistance in hiring the manpower needed in every department based on the approved personnel requisition and manpower headcount

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
A. To handle all the maintenance concerns
• Monitors and inspect all installation and repair of overall electrical works, air conditioning maintenance, carpentry, painting and signage on all the stores, Warehouses and Head Office:
a) To gather all the concerns from the stores through the request for repair and maintenance and coordinate to concerned department/people or carpenter for work scheduling.
• Prepare purchase requisition (PR) of items needed to accomplish the work, prepare, assist and coordinate with the for the Construction Bond Collection Coordinator for the rectification of Construction Deficiencies on Architectural/ Electrical/ Mechanical of newly constructed store/ newly renovated store
• Monitoring of Electrical maintenance schedule, itinerary, and materials needed
B. Maintenance of Fire Extinguisher and Emergency Lights
• Prepare an inventory listings of all the fire extinguishers, emergency lights, smoke detector (electronic or battery operated) and warehouse alarm system
• Conducts regular inspection of fire extinguishers and emergency lights (average of 2 units per store) that includes all the proper maintenance precautions
a) Fire extinguisher- Weekly pressure testing (hydrostatic testing) to ensure the cylinder is safe to use
b) Emergency Light- Monthly check-up of battery testing to ensure that the battery is dead or not charge or the unit is defective
C. Preparation of Electrical requirements of new stores for construction and Stores for Renovation
a) Handle and coordinates with the Construction department for the lighting requirements including quantities needed that based on the design lay-out or construction plan provided by the Architect
b) Prepare purchase requisition (PR)
c) Conduct actual testing of bulbs prior to delivery to site and delivery must be coordinated with warehouse and the Project in Charge
D. Pull-out of Electrical Items and Materials of Closed Stores
1. Occasionally, handles pull-out fixtures items of closed stores (e.g. electrical wirings, panel board, junction boxes, conduits, convenience outlets, speaker wires, telephone wires)
2. Coordinate with the repairing crew for re-painting of the lighting fixtures and prepare PR of materials and status schedule
3. Assist the Project Manager on the dismantle of store, wrapping and transport of items pull-out from the closed store
E. Perform other duties that may be assigned form time to time

16. Establish employee goals and conduct employee performance reviews for the Retail Operations Department.
