Job Title : Safety Officer
Job Description :
 Auditing production, keeping on the lookout for any unsafe behavior or breaks in regulations
 Assessing risk and possible safety hazards of all aspects of operations
 Creating analytical reports of safety data
 Inspecting production equipment and processes to make sure they are safe
 Ordering repairs for unsafe and/or damaged equipment
 Focusing on prevention by keeping up with equipment maintenance and employee training
 Presenting safety principles to staff in meetings or lecture-type training sessions
 Participating in continuing education to update knowledge of health and safety protocols and techniques
 Determining whether the finished product is safe for customers
 Creating safety plans that include suggested improvements to existing infrastructure and business processes
 Sharing information, suggestions, and observations with project leadership to create consistency in safety standards throughout the production team and the entire company
 Meeting company health and safety goals
 Investigating causes of accidents and other unsafe conditions on the job site
 Liaising with law enforcement and other investigators who are present at the time of a serious accident
 Finding the best way to prevent future accidents
 Reviewing and reporting on the staff's compliance with health and safety rules and recommending commendations or dismissal based on performance
Job Requirement/s:
 Bachelor’s degree required (preferably in environmental health and safety)
 5+ years’ experience in the construction industry
 Knowledge of OSHA and EPA standards with regard to construction
 CHST Certification preferred
 Ability to train, influence and motivate team members

Accounting Staff for ModularX Global Ventures Inc.
Job Title : Accounting Staff
Job Description :
 Performs mid-level general ledger account reconciliations, verify accuracy of data, and report, identify, and correct errors made by both internal and external personnel
 Support timely monthly, quarterly, half-year, and year-end financial close, including assigned journal entries, balance sheet account reconciliations, accruals, and overall maintenance of all operational management accounts
 Assists in providing schedules and commentary with respects to operating maintenance accounts results and variances, and with the production of working capital, cash-flow reports, as well as applicable commentary
 Maintain and update records and reports for profit and loss, taxes, liabilities, and assets
 Prepare special financial reports as requested by management by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends

Job Requirement/s:
 Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business accounting, or finance
 Internship or professional accounting experience
 Ability and willingness to keep maintain confidentiality
 Familiarity with accounting and corporate finance principles and procedures
 Ability to multitask, prioritize, and organize efficiently

Job Requirement/s:

Job brief
We are looking for a Plant Supervisor to drive continuous improvement and optimization of all processes.
Plant Supervisor Job Duties
The Plant Supervisor will oversee all daily operations of the plant from production and manufacturing to ensuring policies and procedures are followed. They develop processes that will maximize stewardship, safety, quality and productivity.

Responsibilities
• Plan, organize, direct and run optimum day-to-day operations to exceed our customers’ expectations
• Increase production, assets capacity and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining current quality standards
• Be responsible for production output, product quality and on-time shipping
• Allocate resources effectively and fully utilize assets to produce optimal results
• Implement strategies in alignment with strategic initiatives and provide a clear sense of direction and focus
• Monitor operations and trigger corrective actions
• Share a trusting relationship with workgroup and recruit, manage and develop plant staff
• Collect and analyze data to find places of waste or overtime
• Commit to plant safety procedures
• Develop systems and processes that track and optimize productivity and standards, metrics and performance targets to ensure effective return on assets
• Address employees’ issues or grievances and administer collective bargaining agreements

• Stay up to date with latest production management best practices and concepts

Requirements
• Proven work experience as a plant supervisor
• Proven supervisor experience
• Adequate knowledge of business and management principles (budgeting, strategic planning, resource allocation and human resources)
• Familiarity with industry standard equipment and technical expertise
• Be knowledgeable of safety, quality, productivity, demand creation, inventory and stewardship processes
• Computer literacy
• Ability to create accountability and to lead by example
• Strong team building, decision-making and people management skills
• BS degree in Industrial Engineering/BS degree in Civil Engineering/BS degree in Mechanical Engineering is an advantage.
