This is a post from the real Dra. Donna Diane Rodriguez who’s identity is being used by the scammer pretending to be an employee of USCA Medtex International.

It shows that she is all over medical public groups as her victims are from Pharmacist Job using USCA permits and Jobs MD as per Dra. Rodriguez post.

I have raised the same incident to Pharmacist Job group but scammer managed to victim another after few days 🤦🏽‍♀️

We ask everyone who have encountered such to please coordinate with us to file a lawsuit and put an end to this. Its victims are sick and seeking for medication to get better instead they got scammed and suffer more. Absolutely no heart at all.

It came to our attention that our company USCA Medtex International was recently used to scam a patient in need of medicine for chemotherapy.

USCA Medtex International mainly focus on Medical Supplies (no medicine) and transact with Purchase Order directly from Clinics, Hospitals and other government agencies.

USCA Medtex International deliver the goods personally and collect the payment in exchange of BIR Official Receipt. Clinics,Hospitals and Government Agencies pay in cheques payable ONLY to USCA Medtex International not to a personal account. We do not accept gcash or advance payment as our rule is to deliver and collect — COD or 30days payment terms.

USCA Medtex International doesn’t sell or offer medicines as we are still processing our FDA Certificate and LTO for our flagship Pharmacy and Medical Supply Store.

I am asking everyone who may have encountered the same to please come forward so that we can immediately address the issue.
