1. The Regional Office through the Human Resource Development Division (HRDD) is currently updating the list of scholars in Region III.
2. The primordial purpose of this list is to be able to tap and further develop their acquired competencies from the scholarships they have attended either from local or international organizations or both, for the continuous professional development of teachers and school leaders.
3. In this regard, all recipients of scholarship programs (both local and foreign) are advised to accomplish the online form using the link https://tinyurl.com/updatedscholars2021 until August 7, 2021. Scholars who have more than one scholarship are advised to accomplish another form (one google form per scholarship).
4. Immediate dissemination and compliance with this Memorandum are enjoined.

REGIONAL ROLL-OUT OF THE TRAINING PROGRAM ON SCHOOL LEADERSHIP AND MANAGEMENT (TPSLM) FOR UNTRAINED SCHOOL HEADS
1. The Department of Education Regional Office III, through the Human Resource Development Division (HRDD), shall conduct the Regional Roll-Out of the Training Program on School Leadership and Management (TPSLM) for Untrained School Heads on July 15, 16, 22, 23, 29 and 30, 2021 via MS Teams.
2. Participants are required to accomplish the 50-item Online Pretest which will be uploaded via Google Form at 7:00 am on July 15, 2021. The link to the pretest shall be sent directly to the email addresses of the participants and posted on the chat pane of the link to the Opening Program. The link to the pretest shall opened from 7:00 am up to 8:15 am only.
3. After the pretest, all 989 participants are directed to attend the Opening Program at 8:30 am through the link https://bit.ly/TPSLMOpeningProgram. They will be joined by the 100 Learning Facilitators, Program Management Team, and DepEd Regional Office III officials.

1. This is to announce the conduct of the Division Online Orientation on the Preparation and Evaluation of Practicum Portfolio for LDM 1 and 2 Courses on July 6, 2021, 9:00am to 12:00nn.
2. Participants to the orientation are Instructional Coaches, School Heads, LAC Leaders and teachers who have undergone LDM 1 and 2 Courses.
3. Google Meet shall be used as platform for the session, which shall be streamed through the Division of Tarlac Province’s official Facebook account DepEd Tayo – Tarlac Province.
4. Link for the online platform shall be sent to the respective e-mail addresses of the Supervisors by the Division Information Technology a day prior to the activity while teachers and school heads are advised to access the DepEd Tayo Tarlac Province Facebook account.
5. In order to join the webinar, participants are required to have the following: desktop computer, laptop computer, smart phone, tablets (any of these), headset with microphone and internet connection.
6. Participants who will be using their smart phones or tablets are required to download the Google Meet app.
7. Immediate dissemination of this Memorandum is enjoined.
School heads of non-teaching personnel who were selected as participants to the Regional Training on Stress Management are requested to ensure that participants from their respective schools have already registered online on or before July 2, 2021 and that they have secured their Microsoft accounts (should be activated) because platform that will be used for the training is MS Teams. Ang online form po na iaaccomplish ng mga wala sa listahan subalit nakatapos po ng LDM2 Course ay magrerequire na maiupload ang LDM Evaluation Form 2 na inaccomplish po ng INSTRUCTIONAL COACH at ang output po ng LDM2 completer na naka PDF po ang format. Ang pagsubmit po sa naturang form ay gagawin ng INSTRUCTIONAL COACH. Kaya ang mga LAC LEADER na wala sa listahan ay pinapayuhan na makipag ugnayan sa kanilang respective INSTRUCTIONAL COACH.
Ang deadline po ng pag accomplish ay hanggang June 28 po dahil ito po ay isasubmit pa po sa regional office. Ang June 29 po ay intended para sa pag edit ng adjustments ng HRD base po sa corrections po na ilalagay po natin sa nasabing spreadsheet...dahil ito po ay isasubmit sa region ng June 30. 2. The seminar is anchored on the result of the online Training Needs Assessment (TNA) among non-teaching employees in the Region wherein the most common need that came out across all fields and offices from the survey is “stress management”.

2. Participants to this webinar are the Proficient Junior High School teachers and Senior High School Core Subjects teachers (one per school).
3. This webinar aims to develop contextualized and localized learning materials for Junior and Senior High School in the form of Learning Activity Sheets. The material to be developed shall serve as supplementary learning material for learners in Key Stage 3 and Key stage 4 of the Basic Education Curriculum and for remediation.
