Producer : Paano at saan po kayo nakakakuha ng Lipote?
Me : Nakakakuha po ako ng supply ng Lipote ay dito po sa tayabas market at sa mga katabing bayan. At may mga matatagpuan din po dito sa Tayabas na mga puno ng Lipote.
Producer : Bakit niyo po napili ang gantong business at Lipote na gawing tanghulu ?
Me : Napili po namin ito bilang business dahil mahilig po ang family ko sa kahit anong prutas kaya nang nagreasearch po ako ng possible na healthier street food, ito po ang naisip ko. Ang goal ko po ay subukan ang mga Local fruits natin dto at i-introduce ang Pinoy tanghulu version, at isa na nga po ang Lipote na feasible po na gawin tanghulu dahil sa lasa nito, na nag- aagaw at nagbabalanse ang asim ng lipote at tamis ng sugar coating nito. Aside sa lasa po nito, bilang isang Nutritionist Dietitian din, nagsaliksik din po ako ng nutrient content ng prutas na ito.
At ito po ay mataas sa micronutrients na kailangan ng ating katawan
gaya ng sa bawat 100g na Lipote, mayroong 18mg ito, 93mg Calcium, 22mg Phosphorus, 0.2mg Iron, 60ug B-Carotene, 10ug Vit.A (The Philippine Food Composition Tables, 1997). Base din po sa aking research, may antioxidant property po ito, antihypertensive na nag lolower ng bad cholesterol at nagpapababa ng blood sugar.(Additional info.)
Producer : Paano po ang step by step na paggawa ng tanghulu?
Me : Step 1 : Pumili ng maganda quality ng prutas.
Step 2 : Hugasan at e pat dry ang prutas.
Step 3 : Tuhugin ang prutas.
Step 4 : I-ready at lutuin ang sugar sa water na may ratio na 2:1. E test ang sugar at Intayin umabot sa tamang temperature na hard candy sugar.
Step 5 : Pagka coat sa sugar, i-dip sa ice bath, tanggalin at i-ref.
Producer : Saan at paano niyo po ito binebenta? Humingi ng feedback ng customer.
