Due to the new quarantine advisory for Rizal province, we have a new clinic schedule till further notice.

Monday to Friday 10am to 3pm

No clinic on April 6, 2021 (Tuesday)

Our clinic is located at 5 Mithi St. Bgy. San Juan, Taytay, Rizal (fronting Rosario St.).
We are walking distance away from Mercury drug store Taytay Poblacion branch. We are also on Google maps.

To our dear patients, our clinic schedule this GCQ:
Monday to Friday
10 am to 5 pm.
(Our cut-off time is at 3 pm)

Reminders:
1) Please wear protective mask (respirator) during your clinic visit.
2) Limit companion to one per patient.
3) Bring your lab results & medication list especially for new patients, to aid in case evaluation.

Vaccines for infants, children and adults are available. Just inquire from the clinic secretary.
