While waiting for the official announcement, please use your time intelligently to guarantee a smooth enrollment process by uploading your documents and medical records.

Let me explain this one. The Admission Officer and Campus Nurse will review your uploaded documents and medical records to confirm their accuracy and compliance with the enrollment requirements and procedure. By submitting them ahead of time and uploading the exact needed documents, you are giving us the opportunity to review and approve your documents on the dot.

Once all your UPLOADED DOCUMENTS are complete, correct, AND APPROVED BY THE ADMISSION OFFICE AND MEDICAL UNIT, HARD COPIES OF SCHOLASTIC DOCUMENTS WILL BE REVIEWED.

Scholastic documents are the following: Pass Slip, Good Moral Cert, 2x2 photo, PSA Birth Cert., Card. For transferees, we need additional documents like TOR or Scholastic Records and Honorable Dismissal/Transfer Credential.

Once the documents are all approved (both in the portal and submitted hard copies) you'll be all set to proceed with the online enrollment process smoothly.

Imagine the relief of knowing and submitting the complete and correct documents, and you can move forward with securing your spot here at the most prestigious university in the Province of Rizal.
