In the realm of mushroom cultivation, innovation reigns supreme. Despite operating on a modest scale, we take great pride in employing inventive methods to cultivate nourishment while safeguarding our precious environment.
Sanagi Farm is dedicated to minimizing environmental pollution caused by oil. We actively contribute by repurposing used oil as a sustainable fuel source for cooking our fruiting bags, which are essential for cultivating our mushrooms. On a daily basis, we recycle an impressive 16 liters of used oil. This approach eliminates the need for restaurants to excavate soil to cover the oil, thereby safeguarding the soil's integrity. By doing so, we ensure that farmers can utilize the soil to grow an abundance of nutritious food.

Sabi nila wala daw future sa agriculture.
Back in 2020 when the pandemic hit, We in Sanagi Farm had a lot of losses and failures .
February 2020 when we had 5000 Fruiting Bags to produce around 5-15kilos of mushroom daily. We were expecting tourist for the in coming panagbenga in Baguio. But instead the pandemic hit and Many fresh Oyster Mushrooms got spoiled because of its short shelve life. Instead of blaming Department of Agriculture-Cordillera Department of Agriculture - Philippines we innovate and processed our mushrooms into Mushroom Chicharon and Mushroom Grissini. It also gave us the time to learn and join seminars from the different agencies like DTI Philippines DTI Baguio Benguet Agricultural Training Institute Agricultural Training Institute-CAR TESDA TESDA-Cordillera Administrative Region .
With a positive attitude and a good mindset we have overcome the pandemic and survive even as a Micro Enterprise and from 2021 - 2022 (current) we have achieved more than what we had expected.
To all my fellow farmer and entrepreneurs let us not judge our selves based on the season rather let us focus on our goals. Because failure is a big part on our Success. Now our journey will not be easy, so I encourage you to believe in yourself and believe in God because he can turn things around!

8 hours of Pasteurization Mushroom Fruiting Bags
We pasteurize/steam our Fruiting Bags for 8 hours straight in order to remove any bad bacteria and existing micro organism in our substrate. This is just one of the laborious process of producing Oyster Mushrooms . It needs patience and time ππ
Wag sumoko! Ipag patuloy lamang !
At wag kayong sumoko !
Kapit lang mga Kapatid !
