In the heart of the College of Information and Computing Sciences (CICS), students recently gathered for a simple yet meaningful Christmas celebration that triumphed over the challenges posed by unforeseen weather. The ambiance wasn't one of grandeur, but rather of genuine joy and togetherness.

Despite the unpredictable weather, the CICS Student Council orchestrated a heartwarming event that focused on the true essence of the season—spreading happiness and fostering connections among students. The celebration took place at the CICS Hallway, emanating warmth and love.

Guided by the spirit of giving, the student council organized a gift giving that brought smiles to the faces of all students. Each classroom received carefully selected presents, placing emphasis on thoughtfulness over extravagance. It served as a beautiful reminder that the true joy of Christmas lies in the simplicity of sharing and caring.

The simple yet meaningful celebration at CICS acts as a beacon of light, reminding us that joy can be found in the little moments of connection and shared happiness. As the year draws to a close, the community embraces the lessons learned and eagerly anticipates a new year filled with more opportunities to strengthen bonds and create lasting memories.

This day is dedicated to celebrating the rights of indigenous communities and raising awareness about online safety in the digital age.

We invite you to be a part of this important mission, where we will engage in learning, support indigenous initiatives, enhance our cybersecurity knowledge, and participate in conversations aimed at promoting a more inclusive and secure world.

In an age where our lives are increasingly intertwined with technology, understanding and practicing cybersecurity is vital.

The student council aims to inform and empower individuals of all ages by distributing informative flyers that highlight best practices for safeguarding personal and sensitive information online.

Through this collaborative effort, CICSSC aims to foster a culture of cyber resilience and ensure that our nation is better equipped to face the challenges and threats in the digital landscape.

By raising awareness and sharing knowledge, we can all play a role in building a more secure and resilient cyber world for ourselves and future generations.
