On January 27, 2024, the Kalasanon Dance Troupe performed at the opening ceremony of the Little League Philippines Series 2024. The event took place at the Provincial Capitol Grounds in Malaybalay City, Bukidnon. This regional tournament, hosted by Malaybalay City, will continue until February 3, 2024.

The event commenced on December 4, 2023, at the BukSU Gymnasium.

This four-day celebration is set to showcase the remarkable talents, spirited sportsmanship, and creativity of the students.

Intramurals 2023 not only marks the revival of a long-awaited tradition but also sets the stage for a memorable and inclusive celebration!

The Bukidnon State University successfully hosted research conference, featuring the theme "One with the People and Nature: Sustainable Development through Health Research," which was initiated by the DOST-Northern Mindanao Consortium for Health Research and Development (DOST-NorMinCoHRD).

The Kalasanon Dance Troupe participated in the said event as they performed during the Cultural Night held on October 10, 2023, at the University Auditorium, adding vibrant energy to the celebration.

BukSU Kalasanon Dance Troupe participated in the 2023 NAMCYA: Gintong Pamana (Golden Legacy) Traditional Music Workshop Northern Mindanao Cluster entitled "Method Meets Material: Integrating Philippine Music in the Classroom" on September 1, 2023 held at Bukidnon State University.

The event featured Mr. Arjay Viray as the resource speaker, who shared insights and expertise in the field of traditional Philippine music, enriching the knowledge and skills of all attendees.

Indeed, we had valuable learnings from this experience which we will undoubtedly impart to others as well. Salamat tungkay! ✨
