IS LIFE INSURANCE IMPORTANT?
Ask a widow.
Ask an orphan.
Ask a relative of a cancer patient.
Ask someone who has a critical illness.
Ask someone who was involve in an accident.
The first step towards getting somewhere is to to DECIDE that you are not going to stay where you are!
PM me for details.
This morning, I checked the policy of one of my clients in 2019!
She has the following coverages:

IMPORTANT CONCEPTS IN FAMILY'S FINANCE
by: Sir Caleb
FAMILY A - Husband and wife have a combined income of P100,000 per month but spend more than P100,000 in basic needs and luxuries they are still poor. BUDGETING IS IMPORTANT.
FAMILY B - Husband and wife have a combined income of P40,000 per month and spend only P35,000 for basic needs and recreation they are wise. SAVING IS IMPORTANT.
FAMILY C - Husband and wife have a combined income of P20,000 per month but spend only P10,000 for basic needs because they have homegrown vegetables they are wise. PLANTING IS IMPORTANT.
FAMILY D - Husband and wife have a combined income of P30,000 but have 6 children to feed they will still be considered poor if they will spend P30,000 in basic needs. FAMILY PLANNING IS IMPORTANT.
FAMILY E - Husband and wife have a combined income of P30,000 per month and spend only P20,000 for basic needs and the rest are all invested into real estate they are wise! INVESTMENT IS IMPORTANT.
FAMILY F - Husband and wife have a combined income of P30,000 per month and spend P29,000 for basic needs, recreation, studies, etc. They started selling banana que on weekends. OTHER SOURCE OF INCOME IS IMPORTANT
FAMILY G - Husband and wife have a combined income of P100,000 per month and spend P80,000 for basic needs and luxuries. They have house on their own inherited from the parents of the husband. They received monthly support of P20,000 from the parents of the wife. They also inherited a small business. PRIVILEGE MATTERS.
FAMILY H - Husband and wife have a combined income of P10,000 per month, and spend everything for basic needs and other expenses. They are content and happy. WEALTH IS A STATE OF MIND
FAMILY I - Husband and wife have a combined income of P30,000 p*e month and spend P25,000 for basic needs and other expenses. The rest are allocated for Insurance Investment and Recreation. LIFE INSURANCE IS IMPORTANT.
If a critical illness or death comes upon the husband or wife only FAMILY I will survive. FAMILY G might be able to make it. Savings might not be enough to cover medication costs. Your vegetables in the garden will not suffice for the bereaved family to survive. Real estate will be sold at a lower price due to emergency. Even if you think you are contented, your mind will not be at peace if there is no enough money for medical bills. See, these concepts are all important. Just know what to prioritize. Even the privilege needs it! You protect your loveones! Insurance will save you and your family!

Unconditional Love of a Parent - Breaking The Chains of Poverty
Remember your Children are not your Retirement Fund.
Be Financially Independent.. Do not RELY on your children.
Plan for your future and retirement and only have children that you can afford.
Your Children will help you if they really want to (unconditionally).
Do not pressure or give an obligation to your children a responsibility that you yourself are not able to establish.
Let your children have the life that they deserve and do not expect anything in return.
While our children can help us, it should be done voluntarily and not as an obligation. By then, our children will have their own families to look after. We owe it to ourselves to maintain our DIGNITY despite sickness and old age.
Remember
As children, you do it out of gratitude not obligation...
As parents, you receive with gratitude rather than entitlement...
Stop the cycle. Stop this toxic Filipino culture.
As Elon Musk said: βMy children didnβt choose to be born, I chose to have children. They owe me nothing, I owe them everything.β

CONVO WITH A CLIENT: π€
Me: Kasi Sir, Insurance is not tangible. It is just a piece of paper.
Insurance are none of those things.
You cannot simply brag to your friends that you have a 4M death benefit, plus 2M accidental death, 2M disability benefit, 2M critical illness benefit, and more. You cannot also mention that your parents or relatives acquired a 10M, 20M, or 50M life insurance coverage to prepare for their estate planning, retirement, and wealth transfer.
It is a piece of paper na kapag may sakuna will read,
"We owe you money" instead of it saying "You will owe us."
We generate revenue not debt. β

Cars, gadgets, appliances will be outdated and get obsolete one day, but your VUL will appreciate over time. β³π°

Financial Education is not for everyone, it is for the people with open heart and open mind. It is for the people who wants improved behavior. Because finance is behavioral.
Hereβs my very long answer.
Delay of gratification is the act of resisting an impulse to take an immediately available reward in the hope of obtaining a more-valued reward in the future. The ability to delay gratification is essential to self-regulation, or self-control (ginoogle ko ang meaning). Halimbawa, kung afford mo manood ng sine twice a week for P500. Ibig sabihin nun P2,000 every month. Ibig sabihin nun 24k every year. May mga tao na mas pipiliin na huwag magsine for 4 years para makabili siya ng sarili nyang 84β TV. Another example, kahit gustong gusto ng tao na magkape sa Starbucks na Caramel Macchiato for P195 3x a week, hindi siya magkakape doon for 4 months. So maiipon nya yung P585/week or P2340/month. Sa loob ng 4 na buwan makakapag-ipon siya ng P14,040 which is enough for him to buy his own quality spresso machine na buong family pa niya ang makikinabang. I donβt need to impress anyone on this.
May budget kami recreation kahit maliit lang at least once or twice a month nakakapagdate or nakakapaglakwatsa kami. Travel sa ibang bansa or whatsoever. Bakit?
Pang-apat. Mali ang pakaintindi mo sa enjoyment. Kung ang enjoyment mo ay magtravel nang magtravel, kumain nang kumain sa labas, magfeeling rich all the time. Ok lang yun. Afford mo eh.
In short, magkasakit, mamatay, madisable, maospital may pera pa din. π
Lastly. π
4 Reasons Why Planning for Retirement is Important
1. SSS/GSIS is not enough - it will not sustain your medical bills and you will need to downgrade your lifestyle if you will depend on SSS/GSIS alone.
2. INFLATION - Your 1 peso right now will have lesser value in the future.
3. OUR KIDS are not our retirement fund - part of pagtanaw ng utang na loob culture. We need to break this culture of dependency. Let us not be a burden to our kids in the future.
4. WE LIVE LONGER - Imagine retiring at the age of 60 with no income then living until the age of 80,that's 20 years worth of expenses,60 years old too far to imagine right? How about about taking a vacation for a month with no SALARY?
Let us not depend on our Company's retirement benefit. What if you lose your job or your company go bankrupt?
Learn how money can work for you.
Message is the keyπ¬π¬
Money : "Save me now, I will save you in the future!"
Two years ago when I was just starting as a financial advisor I approached 220 people to help them in financial planning so I started with my relatives, friends, and colleagues. Out of this 220 I got 102 seenzoned, 56 said no, 38 said that they were not ready yet, and 24 set an appointment with me. I discussed everything about the importance of financial planning specially having adequate insurance and choosing the right fund suited on their risk appetite. I created sample proposals and prepared quotations based on their budget. Out of these 24 people who set an appointment with me only 6 people pushed through with their VUL investment.
Only 6 people trusted me when I was just starting in Prulife UK! And this humble beginning encouraged me to do better. Did I dwell on that? No. I changed my approach, it still didnβt work out. I decided to enroll and spent a lot of money into trainings, I spent a lot of time studying in Youtube, I listen to a lot of podcasts, I took notes from the great speakers, I allocated time for mentoring, I called a lot of tenured and rookie agents who do well in this business. I stopped my Masters degree for a year so I can focus in learning this craft.
Two years later, here I am now still continuing to learn but I am already enjoying the financial freedom I dreamt of when I was just starting. Why am I sharing this? I want you to understand that you should not expect people to believe you immediately. Most of them wanted to see results first. But those who trusted you even you do not have results yet are your most valuable clients. The level of trust they put in you is something. That is gold! You need to improve and do your best for them.
Sakit diba? I still entertain them. Why? Because it is no longer about me, it is about them who want proper guidance. Marami pa akong gustong sabihin pero ito talaga ang focus ko on this post. I want to show you the policy of one of my first clients in Pru.
This person has
INSURANCE β 3 MILLION
ACCIDENTAL DEATH AND DISMEMBERMENT β 1 MILLION
TOTAL PERMANENT DISABLITY β 1 MILLION
CRITICAL ILLNESS COVERAGE β 1 MILLION
DAILY HOSPITALIZATION β 3,000
Aside from the fact that this person is Insured. I checked the fund value of the policy and I was really surprised!! In two years time it is now at P87,000 which is almost double of the projected fund value of P46,000.
See the difference??? When people decline you, it is not your loss, itβs actually theirs, just continue to do better and always be grateful to God for it is Him who gives us the ability to produce wealth.
Trust is gold. Choose Pru!
Your friendly Financial Advisor,
-Sir Caleb
Update ASEAN Economic Outlook ( October 2021 )
Review:
- Almost all ASEAN Countries have a positive increase except for Myanmar, which experiencing a rapid decline.
- Singapore is back on track again with an increase of 6.03%.
- Project increase for Thailandis not very high at 0.96%, however, this does not shift its position on the 2nd ladder, as well as in Indonesia which is very far away in GDP
β The Economic GDP figures between the Philippines, Singapore, Malaysia and Vietnam are very close and it has a possibility that there will be overtaking between these Countries but only the Philippines has a stable Economic Outlook and it will remain on its 3rd ladder.
Whatever it is, hopefully for the best ASEAN Economy in the future!

MGA DAPAT TANDAAN SA PAGKUHA NG INSURANCE INVESTMENT
Do your research maraming Insurance Companies dyan na sobrang stable.
2. Pumili ng advisor na hindi ka iiwan. Yung advisor na hindi nawawala after 2 years lang na kumita. Being a financial advisor is a calling, lampas pa ito sa habambuhay na commitment.
Importante na malaman mo na the higher the risk the higher the returns.
Just send me a direct message, I will be more than happy to assist!
