Bilay MakaDawi “home to catch a fish” is a residential villa that allows HOMESTAY accommodation with genuine rustic beach life and indigenous yet comfortable living with the assurance of tranquility and exclusivity located in the coastal area of Palanan, Isabela, nestled at the foot of Sierra Madre.

Note:

No DAY TOUR, homestay only, not a hotel, not a commercial resort

Basic Amenities:
The villa, situated in a 1-hectare beach lot, boasts of 2 treehouses each with a queen-sized bed for two. It has a balcony and coffee table with a prime view of the beach.

There are also three cottages with balconies situated inside the coconut farm.

At the cost of sleeping comfort,

A. KAYULONG treehouse can allow an additional person on the bed totaling 3 persons; with private toilet and shower a few meters away

B. KAYUTENG treehouse can allow an additional person on the bed, and a provision of extra mattress for another 2 persons totaling 5 persons; with private toilet and shower few meters away

C. KAYUGO cottage can allow an additional person on the bed, and a provision of an extra mattress for 2 persons totaling 5 persons; with a private toilet and shower

D. KAYUDI cottage can allow an additional person on the bed, and a provision of pull-out queen-sized mattress for 3 persons totaling 6 persons; with a private toilet and shower

E. KAYUSOR cottage has the same size and provision as KAYUGO

The comfort rooms and shower amenities are manually powered by our staff pumping up water to an overhead tank. There is also an open pump-it-yourself shower surrounded by driftwood that is highly encouraged to be used by our guests.

Every treehouse and cottage is equipped with solar-powered, battery-operated lighting and an electric fan that may last for 6-12 hours. It is advised to use only at night when needed most.

The Dipping Pool (with a max capacity of 6 persons) and its lounge are RESERVED on a “first-come-first-served” for registered guests of treehouses and cottages ONLY.

There is a pavilion with swimming pools and a fish pond that can hold events for registered guests.

The source of water from the pools comes from a nearby spring. The pool is connected to a fish pond where the excess water is drained. The pond is surrounded by plants acting as filters and eventually recycled back to the pool.

Gazebos, Driftwood Lounge, Swings, and Beach Volleyball Area are FREE for ALL registered guests.

A souvenir shop is located inside the resort by the community gate. Limited food, drinks, snacks and toiletries can be bought. There are good-to-read books, sungka and chessboard that may be borrowed and must be promptly returned after use.

Shout-out to All upcoming flight to NAIA Terminal 3, kapag ganito ang boarding pass na nakalagay TBA, meaning Boarding Gate TO BE ANNOUNCE, ibig sbhn pag nakapasok na sa Boarding, tatawagin nla ang flight number kasabay ng boarding gate kung saan kau pupunta.

Kapag ganito wag na wag maki marites sa Airport, wag mag headset kc kapag nag annouce cla tapos di mo marinig, babalik kna sa pinagmulan mo dahil iniwan kna ng Eroplano.😂

Kung sakaling hindi marinig ang announcement na meron clang malaking tv don hanapin lang ang flight number at Gate number.

Ang daming pasahero ngayun sa NAIA kaya di nla malagay agad sa boading pass ang Gate number.
