2. Encode Client Details on our Database
3. Update Client about Order Status
4. Coordinate with courier for package delivery via CHAT
5. Follow up with clients via CHAT

1. Mahaba ang pasensya.
2. Makakatutok and free dapat ang time mo na magsagot sa mga incoming chat.
3. If my experience ka na before sa customer service, priority kita.
4. Must have your own laptop/PC
5. Must have stable internet connection, preferably DSL/Fibr.

Here's an age old tip to a job applicant:

Never ask how much is the salary over the phone or chat. There is the right forum for that. You may not want to waste time to go for an interview if the salary is below your expectation but certainly the would be employer would neither waste time checking on your resume either much more spend time to interview you. Unless you are being pirated or is a close friend of the employer or hiring officer.

Just some nuggets to remember if you don't want your resume to go straight to the trash bin.

Requirements:
-can work independently with minimum supervision.
-with excellent communication skills, english and tagalog.
-customer service and sales experience is a plus
-must be residing in baguio or la trinidad area
-willing to start immediately
-PUNCTUAL and allergic sa pagiging late.
-will follow instructions exactly as given
-resourceful
-Team Player
-can work under pressure and can handle multiple chats simultaneously.

Job Description:
-Office-based work, meaning dito kayo sa opisina ko magtatrabaho
-8-hour shift
-Basic salary (baguio rate) plus commissions/incentive w/ SSS and Philhealth and PAG_IBIG
-Hours of operation is 8am to 10pm, your 8-hour shift will be discussed after being hired.
-You will be answering client inquiries, managing client orders, and managing client listings.
-Channel of communication with clients: LIVECHAT and Email (non-voice)
