August is another 31 days but it is the month when school year starts and summer vacation ends.
Just give a Hello and before you know it, BER months are just peeping and change our calendar pages again.
Well, this is the day that the Lord has made for my parents when they had their first born, me. Bless your souls Papa and Mama. I dearly miss you both. Please do look over us. 🙏
I'd look at this day as a new chapter, new page, new wishes. I'm still a work in progress despite the fact that I'm over 50. Well, that's just me saying I'm human and bound to make mistakes.
All I'd say is, I'll let this day pass as any other day fervently thanking God for the gift of life.
The past years of the pandemic had been a roller coaster ride for my emotions with the passing of my dear mother, my ka-birthday month. As for this year, it had been so sad as well as my birthday approaches. Who would be happy with the passing of my other moms, my titas, the mothers of my best friends? Masaya sana pero may lungkot pa rin sa mga mata.
I dedicate this day for our good Lord praying for the after life of our BFFs in life, our dear mothers. I also prayed to God for energy, for resources and for a happy heart so I would be a blessing for others too.
Thank you for your greetings and well wishes.
God bless you more 🙏
It's me,
Zany ☺️

Agree.
Sometimes, it's the journey that teaches you a lot about your destination. - Drake
We've seen people - friends, friends of friends, friends who are like family, family, leaving us too soon. It is terrifying, yes, but we all know that's life.
It had been a journey where you meet different people that makes up what you are now.
So how's your journey through LIFE?
Did you do the right thing?
Did you make those you meet feel better?
Did you leave a good legacy for those who will pass through the roads you've taken?
To live, to LOVE, to laugh, to learn and to leave a legacy was one of the Stephen Covey's quotes which could mean fulfilling life requires recognizing the existence of a person and showing the importance and differences of the four human dimensions.
Make the most of your LIFE now.
Give your all out LOVE to all.
LAUGH a lot, it's good for your health
LEARN from your mistakes and from the teachings of your mentors
Leave a good LEGACY which people will remember you of and not what people got as material things from you.
Start the week with a SMILE
"Whew, kapagod!"
No, it's not just the heat. It could be your state of mind.
If you are not spending enough time doing things that light you up, you're probably working too hard to make a living instead of making a life.
Don't settle for what life gives you; CREATE A LIFE of your dreams and find that "thing" that gives your life meaning and purpose.
Don't settle for anything less.
Have a winning mindset!
ctto 📸: Leadership First
A lot of experts say, "To build a strong team, accept someone else's strength as complement to your weakness instead of a threat to your position or authority."
No one is an expert on everything. The strongest businesses were built by and sustained by the smartest people working together – not by one person. Great leaders aren't know-it-alls who constantly try to outshine everyone. They admit mistakes when they're wrong and genuinely want to learn from others.
At the end of the day, it's not about being the smartest person in the room. It's not about "who will finally decide". It's about hearing what others contributed. It's building a team with the smartest people you can find and keep on inspiring them to believe in the impossible, work what was agreed and supporting everyone all throughout until it achieved the results expected.

Sometimes others could be frustrating. But don’t let them.
Kill them. . . with KINDNESS 😊
"Trust HIM First"
"Don't let go, Dad!"
"I won't. I've got you. I promise."
I was a little girl terrified of the water, but my dad wanted me to learn to swim. He would purposefully take me away from the side of the pool into a depth that was over my head, where he was my only support. The he would reach me to relax and float.
It wasn't just a swimming lesson; it was a lesson in TRUST. I knew my father loved me and would never let me be harmed intentionally, but I was also afraid. I would cling tightly to his neck until he reassured me all would be well. Eventually his patience and kindness won out, and I began to swim. But I had to trust him first.
When I feel "over my head" in a difficulty, I sometimes think back on those moments. They help me call to mind the Lord's reassurance to His people: "Even to your old age . . . I am He who will sustain you. I have made you and I will carry you" (Isaiah 46:4)
We may not always be able to feel God's arms beneath us, but the Lord has peomosed that He will never leave us (Hebrews 13:5). As we rest in His care and promises, He helps us learn to trust in His faithfulness. He lifts us above our worries to discover new peace in Him.

Farmer’s Inspirational Story
By Shreya Sharma
There was once a farmer who had great fields of corns. He grew the best corn in the district. He won the first prize at the state fair every year, and everyone flocked to his fields in late summer to enjoy his delicious harvest.
One day, a news reporter went to interview the farmer and ask him about his secrets to success. Days of research before the interview revealed to the reporter that the farmer would always share his best-producing seeds with the neighboring farms.
When the interview time came, the reporter was loaded with a powerful question. The reporter asked, “Sir, why do you share your best seeds with your neighbors, knowing that they are also going to enter their corn in competition against you. Would not this make it difficult for you to win?
The farmer looked up and took a deep breath before he replied. The farmer answered, “During the season when the strong wind comes across the fields, pollen from the ripening corn is swirled from field to field. It is important to understand that if my neighbors grow poor corn, the cross-pollination will ultimately degrade the quality of my own corn. So, if I want to grow great corn, I must help my neighbor grow good corn as well.”
In order to live a meaningful and happy life, we must see the importance of enriching the lives of others. True happiness is found when we share with others.
WHEN WE GIVE AND SHARE MERRILY AND ACCEPT DELIGHTEDLY, EACH AND EVERY ONE IS BLESSED.
Behind every successful WOMAN is a tribe of other successful women who have her back.
Hurray to women! Hurray to my women friends.
