Take 5 to relax by following this easy breathing exercise. Ready?๐Ÿ™‚

1. Lie comfortably, knees slightly bent, head on a pillow.
2. Place one hand on your upper chest and one below your rib cage to feel the diaphragm move.
3. Slowly inhale through your nose, tummy pressing against your hand.
4. Keep your hand steady as much as you can.
5. Exhale with a pursed lip and tight stomach muscles, keeping your upper hand steady.

Continue this cycle for at least 5 minutes. Do this 4-5 times a day especially when you feel overwhelmed or anxious. This deep breathing practice can help you feel calmer and energized by as it simulates sleep & rest. ๐Ÿ™‚ Feel better? Save this post for later!
