Sharing with you a quick guide on how to hang artwork behind your sofa.

If you plan to hang artwork above your sofa, avoid hanging it too high. It feels isolated from the furniture. Instead, position it 6” to 8” approximately.

Center of artwork must be eye level around 60” from floor, an average height for a woman.

When working with multiple frames, keep them close together about ¾” apart. It will help the eye to see the art as a single unit.

When art is too small, it can create a sense of imbalance.
Fill 2/3 the width of the furniture to achieve stability and makes the wall aesthetically pleasing and satisfying.
