From sunrise to sundown she is busy.
Tending to all the needs of everyone but her own.

She often goes unnoticed while taking care of everything and everyone.

Her work is a masterpiece but stays unfinished.
She is a chameleon and the wearer of so many hats.
Each day she wonders how she’ll get it all done.
There is no rest for a mother.
She puts her heart and soul into her children.
Her love pours out like an overflowing waterfall.
Her bones may ache and her body may be worn,
She’ll never truly show you the hardships she endures.
There is no rest for a mother.
She gives her all expecting nothing in return.
Her job as a caretaker is one that never ends.
Her burdens are her secrets but her love is her greatest gift.
Because that is the life of a mother.

Seriously though, babies are amazing. They’re brand new people who have never been alive before. Everything is new to them. And they’re learning so much every single day.

It’s really incredible to think about all the things that babies have to learn in order to survive in this world. They have to learn how to eat, how to sleep, how to p**p (hopefully in the right place), and how to communicate with others.

And they have to do all of this while navigating a world that is often confusing and overwhelming. No wonder they cry so much!

But even though they may not always be easy to deal with, babies are definitely worth it. They’re little bundles of joy that fill our lives with love and happiness. So even when they’re being frustrating, we can’t help but adore them.

You may be asking “why are single mothers considered a culture?”. Well, they are a culture for many reasons some of which being that they may share a similar lifestyle, set of values, experiences, support groups and beliefs. Although single mothers can come from drastically different backgrounds and are a widespread of ages, they all have unique stories and real life troubles just like any other woman. Movies, books, music, and even blogs have told the stories of single mothers for many years – each showing a different perspectives. Yet, despite the differences, all single mothers can find support and comfort in knowing other women that are seeking to care for another. Single mothers use support networks in order to find out methods and ways to work, educate themselves, relieve stress, and care for their children.
