The design concept for this 144 square meter modern bungalow house, accommodating 4-5 people, emphasizes openness and natural light. Large windows dominate the facade, strategically placed to flood the interior with sunlight, creating a bright and airy atmosphere. To counteract direct sunlight and reduce heat gain, concrete sunshading canopies extend over the windows, blending functionality with sleek aesthetics. The interior layout maximizes space efficiency, featuring an open-plan living and dining area that fosters family interaction, complemented by well-proportioned bedrooms ensuring privacy and comfort for each family member. The modern design, with its clean lines and practical features, perfectly balances style and practicality.
