We have proven it again that Malasakit for People is real. Always great to integrate this Filipino brand to the way of Work In HR. It’s an inherited outward characteristic of every Filipino to involve “others” in our way of work, our lives.
I want to thank all HR and business leaders who responded to invitation to share their time and expertise to inspire Sofitel workforce during their crisis time. Also my appreciation goes to more than 100 companies who supported the Malasakit Transition Job Fair for Sofitel workforce. This outplacement program has supported many individuals who will be displaced effective June 30,2024. We have seen many accepted job offers and started entrepreneurial engagements.
