BBM NAKAKUHA NG 62. 17 % SA HULING KALYE SURVEY RESULTS; 2ND PLACE PINAG-AAGAWAN NINA LENI AT ISKO

BANGUNGOT nang maituturing para sa ibang presidential aspirants ang patuloy na pagtaas sa survey ni Partido Federal ng Pilipinas (PFP) standard bearer Ferdinand B**gbong Marcos, Jr., lalo’t sa pinakabagong Kalye Survey results ay si BBM pa rin ang malayong angat matapos makakuha kabuuang 62.17 % preference votes mula sa 112,742 respondents sa buong bansa.

Ayon sa Splat Communications, mula sa kabuuang 112,742 respondents na kinalap ng Kalye Survey hanggang noong January 26 sa buong bansa, 70,088 0 62.17 percent ang bumoto para maging pangulo ng bansa si Marcos.

Ang resulta ay inilabas ng Splat Communications noong January 27 mula sa tanong na: ‘Kung ngayon gagawin ang eleksiyon, sino ang ibobotong pangulo!’

Si Leni Robredo na malayong pangalawa ay nakakuha ng 10,936 o 9.70 percent boto mula sa mga respondents.

Pangatlo si Isko Moreno sa nakuhang 8,418 o 7.47 percent, pang-apat si Manny Pacquiao na may 7,048 o 6.25 percent at panghuli si Ping Lacson na may 2,572 o 2.28 percent.

Ang undecided ay 12.13 percent.

Maliban sa Bicol region, si Marcos ang ‘consistent runaway winner’ dahil sa milya-milya agwat nito sa mga katunggali.

Pinakamataas at impresibong nakakuha ng 80 percent si Marcos mula sa Cordillera Administrative Region, Ilocos Region, at Cagayan Valley at kapansin-pansin na ang mga katunggali nito ay nakakuha lamang ng mababa sa five percent.

Sa Bicol region ay nakakuha si Robredo ng 46.25 percent, pumangalawa sa kanya si Marcos na may 24.90 percent.

Kung ikukumpara sa nakuhang 85.81 percent ni Marcos sa Ilocos, itinuturing ng mga eksperto na hindi na rin masama ang nakuhang puntos ni BBM sa Bicol region, dahil balwarte ito ni Robredo.

Marami ring rehiyon mula sa Luzon, Visayas at Mindanao ang halos magkakadikit naman saikalawang puwesto sina Robredo, Moreno at Pacquiao na suwerte nang makakuha sila ng double digit na boto.

Sa kabilang dako, dagsa rin ang suportang tinatanggap ng BBM-Sara UniTeam mula sa mga netizens.

“Solid BBM-SARA tandem. Nakakataba ng puso grabe ang taas ng intelligence level ng mga tao ngayon di na ipiktib ang panlilinlang at pagsisinungaling ng mainstream media laban sa Marcos family at sa taong bayan,” anang isang nagkokomento.

The recent fake news being peddled by social media site Politiko claimed that the wife of Presidential aspirant Ferdinand ‘B**gbong’ Marcos Jr. was backing the Vice Presidential bid of Senate President Vicente Sotto III instead of her husband’s running mate, Davao City Mayor Sara Duterte.

When asked to comment about the latest storified gossip, lawyer Liza Araneta – Marcos simply laughed and said, “Don’t these people have better things to do with their time? Whomever is behind this latest piece of gossip is obviously trying to put a wedge between the strong partnership of my husband and Mayor Inday Sara.”

“Loyalty is very important to me. Let these desperate clowns say what they want. For me, actions speak louder than words.”

“WE ARE meeting everyday to plan for BBM’s assassination. Get ready,” ang post na ito sa Tiktok ang dahilan para magsagawa ng malalimang imbestigasyon ang Department of Justice ukol umano sa planong pagpatay kay aspiring president Ferdinand B**gbong Marcos Jr.

Sa isang mensahe na ipinadala sa Law Enforcement Outreach Trust and Safety ng Tiktok, hiniling ni Atty. Charito Zamora, officer-in-charge ng DoJ’s cybercrime group, sa naturang social media platform “to preserve the data related to the subject account while the Philippine authorities are working on the legal process for its disclosure.”

Ayon kay Zamora, tinatrabaho na ngayon ng opisina ni Kerri Woods ng Tiktok Law Enforcement Outreach ang naturang request ng mga imbestigador ng DoJ cybercrime office.

Lumiham din ang DoJ cybercrime probers sa kanilang counterpart sa National Bureau of Investigation at Philippine National Police para tulungan silang imbestigahan ang naturang ’kill plot’ at kung sino ang mga nasa likod nito.

“As a matter of procedure, we immediately proceed in having it investigated because of the seriousness of the subject. It’s really an actionable intelligence concern,” paliwanag ni Zamora na tumangging magdagdag pa ng detalye ukol sa naturang ‘kill plot.’

Sa isang pahayag na ipinalabas ngayon, Enero 30, sinabi ni Atty. Vic Rodriguez, chief of staff at tagapagsalita ni BBM na “while the report on the assassination plot is concerning, we are not cowered by such threat. B**gbong shall continue to personally deliver his message around the country with firm resolve to unify the nation.”

“We commend the cybercrime office of the Justice department, through Sec. Menardo Guevarra, for its swift and uncompromising response to uncover those behind this open threat to harm aspiring president B**gbong Marcos,” ani Rodriguez.

THE PFP CALLS FOR COMELEC TO INVESTIGATE GUANZON FOR ILLEGAL LEAKING OF HER DECISION.

1. Comelec Commissioner Rowena Guanzon ILLEGALLY DISCLOSED AND LEAKED WITH UNDUE HASTE her vote to disqualify Senator Ferdinand “B**gbong” Marcos, Jr. in the Comelec First Division disqualification cases in an interview by Sandra Aguinaldo which was aired on national television in GMA 7 on 27 January 2022. She further said she submitted her ponencia last 17 January 2022.

2. This is FAKE NEWS. This statement of Commissioner Rowena Guanzon is FALSE. NO DECISION HAS BEEN PROMULGATED BY THE COMELEC FIRST DIVISION.

3. BECAUSE OF HER PREMURE DISCLOSURE OR LEAKING of her UNPROMULGATED dissenting opinion, Commissioner Guanzon should be DISBARRED, WITH FORFEITURE OF HER RETIREMENT BENEFITS AND LIFETIME PENSION because she destroyed the reputation of the institution which these moneys come from.

Rule 2.01.---“A judge should behave at all times as to promote public confidence in the integrity and impartiality of the judiciary.” (Code of Judicial Conduct)

4. When Rowena Guanzon PUBLICLY DISCLOSED WITH UNDUE HASTE her minority opinion, before the submission of the other COMMISSIONERS’ OPINIONS, and PRIOR TO PROMULGATION of the COMPLETE DECISION, in order to put her fellow Commissioners under A CLOUD OF SUSPICION with her bare suspicions that an unnamed politician probably intervened is DOUBLE HEARSAY and PURE TSISMIS and should be CONDEMNED BY THE SUPREME COURT as unworthy of a sitting Commissioner of the Comelec.

Rule 3.07.---“A judge should abstain from making public comments on any pending or impending case and should require similar restraint on the part of court personnel.” (Code of Judicial Conduct)

5. COMMISSION GUANZON HAS SHOWN UNDUE INTEREST IN THIS CASE BY LEAKING HER DECISION BEFORE ITS PROMULGATION. To the extent that she will forfeit her retirement benefits and lifetime pension to support the candidacy of vice president Leni Robredo who the petitioners in this case openly support speaks of how deep she (GUANZON) IS INTERESTED IN THIS CASE.

“Ineluctably, any release of a copy to the public, or to the parties, of an unpromulgated ponencia infringes on the confidential internal deliberations of the Court. It is settled that internal deliberations of the Court are confidential. # # # (This unauthorized leaking by Commissioner Guanzon) IS A BREACH OF DUTY THAT AMOUNTS TO BREACH OF PUBLIC TRUST AS THE COMMITTEE BELIEVES THE LEAK WAS MOTIVATED BY SELF-INTEREST. # # # (Commissioner Guanzon) IMPEDED AND DEGRADED THE ADMINISTRATION OF JUSTICE. # # # (O)nce the said impeachable officer is no longer in office because of her retirement the court may proceed against her and impose the corresponding sanctions for misconduct committed during her tenure. 6. COMMISSIONER GUANZON HAS SHOWN HERSELF TO BE AN INCORRIGIBLE NARCISSIST AND HAS SHOWN A INSATIABLE CRAVING FOR POSTING IN SOCIAL MEDIA LIKE TWITTER WHICH IS NOT PROPER FOR A JUDGE.

Rule 2.02.---“A judge should not seek publicity for personal vainglory.” (Code of Judicial Conduct)

7. A judge should not sit in litigation where she is affected by the influence of the petitioners (Section 12, On Influence of Parties and Counsel, Canons of Judicial Ethics). Commissioner Guanzon was appointed by President Corazon Aquino’s revolutionary government as OIC mayor of Cadiz, Negros Occidental in 1986. In 2013, Guanzon was appointed COA commissioner by the son President Noynoy Aquino. And again in 2015 she was appointed by President Aquino as Commissioner in the Comelec. Commissioner Guanzon should have inhibited herself in these disqualification cases against Senator Ferdinand “B**gbong” Marcos, Jr. of the PFP.

8. Suspicion of being warped by political bias will attach to a judge who becomes an active promoter of the interests of one political party against another (Section 12, On Partisan Politics, Canons of Judicial Ethics) COMMISSIONER GUANZON’S MAD RUSH TO COME OUT WITH A DECISION OF THE FIRST DIVISION BARES HER TRUE COLOR WHICH IS YELLOW. She has openly sided with for presidential candidate LENI ROBREDO who is the candidate of petitioners, by her UNDUE HASTE to come out with a decision resorting to ILLEGALLY LEAKING her minority opinion to the news media.

9.
