"AYAW KO NA"

Last year 2022, I'm being distracted by different things ang dami kong gustong gawin sa life when it comes on my personal improvement, career, family etc.

May times na almost every month or other month iba-iba ang ginagawa ka na dumarating na sa point na wala na akong natatapos at ang ending I feel exhausted and tired. As a result I chose na mag stop muna AYAW KO NA kasi parang walang nangyayare sa mga ginagawa ko. Ending hindi ko namamalayan na I'm procrastinating na pala.

This year I want to go back sa mga bagay na gusto ko at passionate ako, matagal ako nahinto sa pagawa ng content which I know isa sa mga minahal ko. But still I was very thankful for 2022 dahil marami itong lesson na itinuro sakin isa dito is kung gaano ka importante na mag patuloy sa mga ginagawa at maging consistent.

It's easy to get distracted by the things we have to do and the things that are important, but it's important to remember that consistency is the key to success.

We all want to be successful and happy in our lives, but sometimes we forget that it's not all about what we do, but how often we do it. If you're consistent with your goals and self development, then you're more likely to reach them.

It's also important to keep track of your progress so that you can see how far you've come from where you started—and celebrate yourself along the way!

"SENSE OF URGENCY"

While I was looking for something sa mga gamit ko, I accidentally found my old journal which contains different stories and goals ko sa life last 2020.

I took a moment of break sa mga ginagawa ko and tried to open it just to check kung ano-ano ba ang mga sinulat ko dito. When I open it, ito agad ang bumungad sa akin " SENSE OF URGENCY; LIFE IS SIMPLY TO PRECIOUS TO LEAVE IT UP TO FATE."

It gives me agad ng realization on how I procrastinate and waste some of my valuable time and opportunities sa mga nakalipas na taon. It gives me a question na
" Anong version kaya ang meron ako if I do not procrastinate for the past 2 years? "

In life we always need to remember that every tick of our clock counts. Walang replay, walang pause or time freeze ( taympers ) 😅
Dapat maisip natin na in everything that we do nakasalalay future natin at ng family natin.

Yes, maraming regrets, maraming what if, maraming pang hihinayang but I will never allow those things to become successful in my today's life.

WE DON'T NEED TO RUSH THINGS, ALL WE NEED TO DO IT LEARN HOW TO VALUE OUR TIME, BECAUSE WHAT MEANT FOR YOU ALWAYS ARRIVES ON TIME! ❤️❤️

Past few days sobrang demotivated ko, dahil sa sobrang dami kong gustong gawin, dumating na naman ako sa point na napaisip ako kung ano ba talagang purpose ng existence ko.
Yung halos buong araw gusto mo na lang muna humiga at mag-isip.

Mixed emotions ang aking nararamdaman. Habang lumilipas ang araw, nandun yung nag iisip ako for my family, thinking about my career and contemplating what's my real purpose in life.

At 5, my purpose was to play, yung typical na ginagawa ng mga bata.
At 12, my purpose was to become a successful Volleyball Athlete. I became a member of our school volleyball team when I was in high school hanggang mag college.
At 15, my purpose was to serve my fellow students in college. I became a member of our Student Council from Senator when I was in 3rd Year to Vice President nung ako'y nag 4th Year na.
At 17, I realized my purpose was to become a successful Entrepreneur. I became a member of a Multi-Level Marketing industry at a younger age and was been recognized as one of the promising leaders here in Zambales.
Nung grumaduate na ako ng college last 2019, dito mas tumindi ang aking "Purpose Searching". Akala ko nalagpasan ko na yun or nahanap ko na ang purpose ko. Nandyan yung pumasok ako sa BPO industry for 4 months, Finance Staff sa isang kilalang telco company for 2 months then nag resign din ako.

Fast forward, August 28, 2020 I was coded as a Licensed Financial Advisor ng AXA Philippines, so napaisip ako baka siguro dito nga ako mag go-grow at dito ko mahanap yung purpose ko, pero to be honest medyo may pag aalinlangan pa din ako nung time na yun,

Until yesterday August 29, 2020, nagkaroon ako ng chance makausap yung pinsan ko from other country na isa nang successful US Airfoce at the age of 30 years old. Sharing experience sa life then giving me some encouragement words. Kinuwento ko sakanya mga struggles ko sa life pati na din sa career. Then I ask him " Kuya Ken, how to succeed ba sa chosen career mo?" ang sagot nya sakin " You know what Em-Ar it doesn't matter naman sa career para maging successful. Alam mo kung anong nag ma-matter it is HOW DO YOU DEFINE SUCCESS". You can be successful on your way, and on how you define success sa sarili mo. Don't fall dun sa trap na " Dapat ganto ka, dapat ganyan gawin mo para maging succesful." NO! Wag ka pa papahulog sa trap na yan. Ikaw lang makakapag define kung ano ang success sayo.
Grabe almost wala ako masabi nun, parang binasag niya lahat nung mga tanong at mga bagay na humaharang sakin.

After our conversation na almost an hour, alam mo kung ano mga natutunan at na realized ko??

There is no single purpose in life.

Walang pinanganak to do “one single thing”.
Do not stress about finding your purpose. Do not stress about finding your passion!
Purposes are made. They are explored and built, keep on exploring.
They are not hard-wired to your DNA.
When you do something good, pag naunawaan mo ang isang bagay at makita ang ganda nito, it becomes your PURPOSE!

And, do you know what? After 5 years, your wishes, wants and needs will change. People change!

Pero pilit na itinutulak sa atin nang mundong ito na meron lang tayong iisang purpose sa buhay at pag nahanap mo yun, you should stick to it until you die.

That’s damaging and inaccurate.
Stop thinking “what if this is not my real ‘purpose’”.

Go out. Learn a new skill. Talk to people. Find what brings you joy. Do it!
