Christmas is about the birth of baby Jesus, the son of God who came to this world humbly in a manger. In connection, on the first year of GemCha Kitchen, we decided to share food for the residents and staff of Grace To Be Born as part of our 100 days Before Christmas Promo and Feeding Project.

Thank you very much to all who availed our foods and milk teas from GemCha Kitchen within the 100 days Before Christmas from Sept. 16 to Dec. 24, 2020. Ice Cream is my most favorite dessert of all time especially the Double Dutch Flavor. Aside from hereditary reason, it is probably the culprit why I got gestational diabetes when I was pregnant with my youngest.
