STARTING JULY 17, 2023 (Monday)

To all students enrolling for the first semester, AY 2023-2024, please follow the instructions for the STUDENT ID PROCESSING (step 6 of the enrollment process).

Note: There are separate instructions for new and old students. Please make reading a habit.

Attention Students,

We apologize for the inconvenience caused by the unavailability of the Enrollment Profiling link, profile2023.ddosc.edu.ph. Due to high system traffic and server concerns, we have made alternative arrangements for the enrollment profiling.

Profiling will now be conducted within the vicinity of the campus to ensure the security of your personal information. Students will be able to access the profiling portal using the secured internet connection provided by the College during the profiling process.

Upon entering the campus on your scheduled enrollment date, the authorized DDOSC personnel will provide you with the IP Address required to access the profiling portal.

Additionally, priority numbers will be distributed according to the enrollment schedule. Freshmen are reminded to bring their admission result as it is mandatory to secure a priority number. Please note that NO ADMISSION RESULT, NO PRIORITY NUMBER.

The office will cater on June 7-16, 2023, from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM only. Those who cannot transact on the said dates may come back during the schedule for the enrollment for the first semester, A.Y. 2023-2024.

This office would like to inform everyone that we are still strict with the adherence to the DRESS CODE. Hence, the watchmen are directed to confiscate your IDs once caught.

The following are PROHIBITED to be worn inside the school premises:

✖️ skirts above the knee
✖️ slippers
✖️ tattered jeans
✖️ see-through/revealing outfits
✖️ piercings (for the boys)
✖️ flashy hair colors
✖️ sleeveless, tube
✖️ crop tops

We are STRICTLY monitoring your behaviors in this campus. All students who will fail to follow this rule shall be subjected to face disciplinary actions under the Office of the Student Discipline Coordinator.

PUBLIC ADVISORY:

This is to inform the public that the official page of Davao de Oro State College has been compromised and subjected to unauthorized access by an external party. This unfortunate incident has resulted in the dissemination of false information and potentially harmful content. We take this matter very seriously and have initiated immediate measures to rectify the situation.

Our Information Unit (IU) and the Information and Communications Technology Unit (ICTU) are actively working to regain control of the compromised page and restore its original state. Additionally, we have reported the incident to Facebook's security team, providing them with all the necessary details for their investigation.

We urge our students, faculty, staff, stakeholders, and the wider community to exercise caution and refrain from engaging with suspicious or misleading content purportedly shared through our page. We understand the concern and confusion this incident may have caused, and we assure you that we are doing everything possible to address the situation swiftly and effectively.

We apologize for any inconvenience caused, and we assure you that we are committed to maintaining the privacy and security of our online platforms. As we work to resolve this issue, we request your patience and cooperation.

Updates regarding the progress of the investigation and the restoration of our official page will be provided through our alternative communication channels, including our college website and official email notifications, and institutional pages of the College.
