🏋️‍♀️The most popular upper body exercise, the PUSHUPS, is probably the MOST INCORRECTLY done upper body exercise as well

đź‘€ Take note of the common mistakes shown above and make sure to avoid them as much as you can

- 1st vid: ELBOWS FLARING OUT (puts unnecessary stress on your shoulders)
- 2nd vid: HIPS SAGGING (You’re supposed to do a pushup not f*** the floor)
- 3rd vid: NOT GOING ALL THE WAY DOWN (daig mo pa ata t-rex sa pag ganyan ka mag pushup)
