February 19, 2020 is the day I started to take great care of myself, following the low carb way of eating.

Today, August 19, 2020, is my 6th month on this journey, although my journey wasn't perfect and I often find myself get off track I will always find my way to go back. Never felt this great about myself! Never going back to the lowfat food pyramid or as what LC/Keto Doctors call food tombstone.
