FDA recently published a general health warning to the public from purchasing and using our Human Nature Balancing Facial Wash.

✅ MAY WE REITERATE THAT THERE ARE NO QUALITY OR SAFETY ISSUES WITH OUR PRODUCT. OUR PRODUCT ITSELF IS SAFE FOR USE BY THE GENERAL PUBLIC.

The non-compliance stems from the difference in the presentation of LIST OF INGREDIENTS in our label and that of the notification document. In the online notification (NN) of our product, there was a double entry on the ingredient of Canarium Luzonicum (elemi) gum nonvolatiles. Also there was a double entry for orange peel essential oil with two different scientific names. The correct scientific name is Citrus Aurantium dulcis and not Citrus Sinensis essential oil.

Upon checking, ALL OUR LABELS ARE COMPLIANT and it was an error in encoding of the ingredients on the FDA portal that made it inconsistent with our actual products. We have since made the correction on the FDA portal.

As you can see, this was purely a clerical violation and has nothing to do with safety and quality of our products.
