Mga kailangang dalhin:
1. Barangay Certification as SOLO PARENT
2. Photocopy of Solo Parents ID
3. 1 pc. 1x1 picture

Mga kinakailangang dokumento sa pag-aapply ng mga BAGONG APLIKANTE ng Solo Parent:

1. Barangay Certification as SOLO PARENT
* If the spouse is deceased, bring photocopy of death certificate

2. Birth certificate of children below 18 years old

3. 2pcs. of 1x1 picture

Sisimulan na ngayong Oktubre 12 ang National ID registration. Gagawin ito sa pamamagitan ng pagbabahay-bahay ng registration officers para makuha ang impormasyon ng mga residente at mag-set ng appointment bago sila pumunta sa mobile registration centers para sa biometrics.
