Presenting the newly elected officers of Pag-asa Youth Association of the Philippines Victorias City Chapter Barangay 12
The Official Fb Page of Pag-asa Youth Association of the Phillipines Victorias Chapter- Brgy. XII is organized to encourage every youth ages 15-30 years old to discuss and address issues and concerns of the youth sector and projects and to come upwith possible solutions. PYAP utilizes the Unlad Kabataan Program (UKP) of DSWD.
GOALS
To encourage out-of-school youth and other disadvantaged youth to become self-sufficient, economically productive, and socially responsible individuals who can contribute to their family's and community's growth.
