PWEDE BA MAG SWIMMING ANG COLORED or ANY TREATED HAIR❓❓

Number 1 common questions sa mga Hair Stylist.
❓"Ok lang ba mag pa color ako eh mag swimming kami?"
❓"Masisira ba ang hair ko (colored hair) pag nag swimming ako sa dagat or pool?"

Answer.
1. YES❗ Pwedeng pwede mag pa color or mag pa rebond or treatment before or mag swimming.

❓Ano ang dapat gawin BEFORE mag swimming?

🔹Basain muna ang hair (tap water) then cover generously ang hair ng any conditioner or any Mask or argan oil (big NO sa baby oil or any heavy oil) Logic behind this "balot eme" is literal mo na binabalot ang hair para hindi mag penatrate ang salt or swimming pool water sa hair.
🔹Mas maganda na naka braid or tali ang hair pag sumulong sa dagat or pool. Para hindi mag kiskisan ang mga buhok na can cause sa friction sa mga hair cuticle ng hair.

After swimming care.
▪️Use CLARIFYING SHAMPOO it's strips out all unwanted minerals, dirt, residue build up sa hair. If wala clarifying shampoo use Head and shoulder or Guard.
▪️For light ash colored hair use purple shampoo after clarifying. To refresh ang color.
▪️Ibabad atleast 3-5 sa CONDITIONER or MASK ang hair to rehydrate and maibalik ang moisture ng hair.

And your hair is as fresh as before. 😉
