My very close friend commit ******* last march 2, 2021 due to depression.
Kaya ikaw na nag babasa ngayon nito para sayo 'tong mesahe na ito.
Gusto ko lang sabihin sayo na hindi ka nag iisa. Labanan mo sarili mo, nasa utak mo lang iyan. Hindi masama ang mag kwento sa kaibigan at mag bukas nang saloobin at higit sa lahat lumapit sa mga eksperto at may kaalaman sa mga ganitong sitwasyon.
Kung nagkaka ideya ka na may gawing masama sa sarili mo. Kapatid mas gusto namin makinig sa kwento mo ng hindi ka hinuhusgahan, kesa makita ka naming nakahiga habang pinagkwekwentuhan namin ang magaganda, malungkot at masasayang ala-ala nung ikaw ay amin pang nakakasama.
