Looking for 5 parents na kayang mag save ng P70.00 per day para sa college fund ni baby. Wag na kayo mahiya message me. ☺️
So, ayun inassist ko pagtawid.
Me: Saan ka pupunta?
Bata: Dito lang ako. Di ako aalis.
TAPOS, may ale na tumawid dala yung trike.
Ale: Bakit ka tumawid?
Punyeta talaga!

Reminders for all OFWs✈️🇵🇭
After long years away you finally get the chance to return home for whatever reason may be. So it’s just imperative that you try to budget your money as much as possible. Here are some few reminders to keep your money in check.
1. Budget your money
Yep, budget your money. Have a plan and work within your limit. Don’t try to be like others who become “one day millionaire”, 29 days broke. Looking rich is not “in” anymore in 2024. You’re just making a fool out of yourself.
2. Don’t force yourself
If you can’t give gifts or “pasalubong” to your friends, then don’t. You don’t have any responsibility to give them anything, this includes your relatives. Don’t spend ours at the duty free store thinking what to buy for them. If you can go overseas, they can too.
3. Avoid going out for drinks
You are not sweeping dollars overseas. That’s the truth. Try not to spend money going out on drinks and partying. Remember that you won’t be working overseas forever. You’ll get tired and old and eventually you’ll stay home for good.
4. Create a fallback
Invest in business while you still have work. That’s called “fallback” or what others call back up plan. Don’t retire immediately then create a business. That’s the most sure way that you won’t stay retired for long, and eventually you’ll come back to work. Your business should also expand as you advance in career, even if it is slow progress.
5. Have a minimalist home
Don’t have a big house that you will eventually sell after some time. Having a big house is no longer a trend. A simple and minimalist home is enough.
6. Invest for yourself not for your neighbors
Avoid lending money just so your neighbors could buy an expensive house or expensive car. You didn’t go overseas to create a second family. It’s hard to lend money this days , lend what you can afford to lend but think carefully. Some people will just take advantage of you. It’s better to be safe than sorry. And most of them tend not to pay debts. Don’t say I didn’t warned you.
7. Take the vacation that you deserve
You spent a lot of your days overseas working for 12 hours more or less. You deserve to take that vacation. You may have a lot of friends but try to allocate your vacation to bond with your family instead with your friends. That is more important. Some of us spent a year overseas. Others probably 2 years or more. Your vacation is for your family. You went home for them.
8. Set time for your friends
After you spend your time with your family, it’s time you spend some with your friends. You are not ignoring them, you are just setting priorities. Time will come that you will understand.
9. Take care of yourself
Visit your doctor or physician. Take a medical check up. Visit your dentist as well. Always mind your body. Your body is what helps you work overseas. If something happens to you, what will happen to your family. Don’t mind about the money that you will spend for your health. If you have money to buy gadgets to post in facebook, then you should also have money for check-ups.
10. Pamper yourself
Go for a facial and massage if you extra money. Go for foot spa if you have callouses. Get that expensive hair cut that you’ve always wanted. Rebond? Is that still a thing? If you want then go! You deserve all of those things. You spent almost a year cheating rockets and pirate attacks so it just seems appropriate for you to enjoy your hard earned money.
Like what we always say “it’s more fun in the Philippines” and nothing can be more fun than spending time with your family and love ones. But have fun with your limits. Remember that you are still the one who will work after all the fun and the money that you brought home will deplete too.
That’s it for me today hope you guys learned a lot 😉. You can comment down below if there is something you think we can still add.
