Make Cents?
We talk about anything.
Haha! Hindi naman natin maiiwasan ang pagtanda, maaaring mapabagal natin by exercising, healthy diet and stress-free environment (naks! sana all!), pero every year, we still get older (and wiser dapat!). So whatโs stopping you from securing your future now?
Go grab your coffee, ingat sa work!
As responsible people, wag na natin ipasa sa mga anak, o sa ibang tao ang future self natin. Ngayon pa lang na sinasabi nating โstrong, independent personโ tayo, patunayan na agad natin by securing our future old self. Strong believer ako na walang taong gustong maging pabigat/burden sa kapwa nya - may it be relatives or not. Letโs have ourselves secured as early as now.
Donโt make the same common mistake people made - invest in your own protection first.
Happy Monday! Ingat sa work!
Sana lahat fit! Good job naman dun, to be fair. Pero remember, life is full of uncertainties. Iba pa rin โyung handa. This post is not a threat, itโs a precaution. Letโs protect our loved ones.

NAGTITIPID KA? BASAHIN MO TO!
Let's do the math. So bakit? Every time nagpapapagas ako sa Unioil ng 95 octane I get a cash back. Like literal may ibabalik silang pera. Gaya nito nagpagas ako Php1000 and I got Php80 back. So in 8x na mag pagas ako bawi ko na yung Php700. Every month I spend 2 to 4K of gas, meaning in 2-3 months bawi ko na yung Php700. Tapos in the rest of the months tutubo pa ako ๐ amazeballs!
Take note kahit pa tumaas ang gas, wapakels! It means tataas din cash back ko ๐ dati nung Php50 ang per liter, nakaka-cash back ako Php75 ngayon Php70 per liter Php80 na cash back ko hehe ๐
Update: eto yung list ng participating outlets ng Unioil - http://www.snrshopping.com/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=1221&Itemid=239

Wednesday Grind!
Medyo kinabahan ako kasi most ng symptoms na binanggit nya, naeexperience ko na (or baka paranoid lang ako, but whatever ๐
)
So, ayun. Legit, masarap โtong sa Healthy To Go - Makati. Sulit!
So, for the healthy eating na ang ferson ๐คฃ Health is wealth!
Tip na โyun at nakauwi ako ng safe.
Kaya salamat manong driver. Meron pa rin palang tapat at sakto magsukli. ๐
PS. ๐

HOW I PRACTICE ENLARGING MY PSYCHOLOGICAL WALLET
I first read about psychological wallet in one Bo Sanchez's books. He said, it's the first one you need to change if you want to get rich.
Simply put, psychological wallet is a personโs subconscious โwealth limit.โ
Each person has a different limit.
For example, a P2000 trouser is normal for one person but could be expensive for another.
One believes that she can achieve an P135k salary per month while another individual won't even dare to think about that big of an income.
Madaling sabihin pero mahirap baguhin ang psychological wallet because we all have existing money beliefs that stemmed from our childhood and the environment we're in.
โ
Here's how I am continuously increasing mine.
Once or twice a month I splurge on an expensive meal. Syempre yung expensive subjective yan. Basta yung more than my usual.
Maliban sa masarap ang food, these restos usually also have excellent customer service. Yung tipong sasabihin mo palang yung need mo eh anjan na. They'll ask how the food is or if I need anything else. Di ka manghihinayang bayaran yung service charge.
Whenever I experience that, ang sarap sa pakiramdam. Then my subconscious will automatically say "wow, that felt great. I want more of this! How can this be the norm in my life?"
Because of that mindset change, I'll be challenged to do things beyond my comfort zone kasi nga I want a better lifestyle. Sino ba namang ayaw nun diba?
This practice goes beyond expenses. It can also be about changing the people you hang out with, the environment you expose yourself into and relationships you have.
Kaya wag nang mag iisip nang "di ko afford yan", dapat "paano ko kaya maa afford yan?" and notice how magic unfolds in your life!

Late night thoughts?
How are you guys spending your Saturday night?
Consistency.
Kailan mo sisimulan alagaan ang sarili mo? Kapag may symptoms na?
As early as your current age, start taking care of yourself. Most of the time we spent too much time working hard for money that we oftentimes abuse our well-being. It's okay to work hard to achieve your dreams, but don't let it compromise your health. Remember that weโre all replaceable.
Don't let the money you earn by working hard be spent for your medical bills. Prioritize yourself and your family's health and well-being TODAY!
