Here we are guys, with the third part of our bahay series. After the previous episodes, in this one we will be focusing on designing the interior of the house. It is really important to create a visual of what you have in mind, because it will show you the outcome of the house. It is easier to update the project that you designed than override it once done. Eto na guys! Finally makikita na namin for the first time yung bahay. A mix of emotions, excitement at lahat lahat na. After 2 years of waiting here we are finally seeing the fruit of our labour. In this episode guys we will see the beginning of our internal and external interventions, and here planning and budgeting is really a crucial part of the process. But this is just the beginning guys, ang dami pang dapat gawin sa bahay. Starting from the fence, buti nalang nag start na kami bago pa kami dumating sa Pilipinas. And with this guys, for the structural interventions, you have to find a reliable engineer and contractor, which for us sobrang swerte namin kay Engineer Caabay at our contractor Sir Gwapo.
Imagine nyo guys i’ts not easy to organize the start of structural works while you are miles away from the site.
But in this kudos talaga sa Engineer namin at contractor namin. So guys we hope you enjoy the video as we do.
