Once again, the Provincial Government of Catanduanes clinches the Seal of Good Financial Housekeeping for Fiscal Year 2023. This distinction acknowledges Local Government Units' adherence to accounting and auditing standards, rules, and regulations.

Likewise, ten (10) municipal governments in our province also passed the assessment: Bagamanoc, Baras, Bato, Caramoran, Gigmoto, Panganiban, San Andres, San Miguel, Viga, and Virac.

With this recognition as certified by the Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) Bureau of Local Government Supervision, the provincial government continues its commitment to upholding accounting and auditing standards, as well as fostering transparency and responsible management of public funds.

Malacañang has declared Feb. 9, 2024, an additional special non-working holiday across the country in celebration of the Chinese New Year, the Presidential Communications Office (PCO) has announced.

Isang malaking karangalan para sa LGU Panganiban, Catanduanes ang malugod na pagtanggap ni Mayor Ben Abalos at mga lokal na opisyal ng Lungsod ng Mandaluyong sa mga lokal na opisyal at mga Department Heads ng ating bayan.

Ang signing ng Sisterhood Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) sa pagitan ng Lungsod ng Mandaluyong at Bayan ng Panganiban ay magpapatibay sa ugnayan ng dalawang lokal na pamahalaan sa larangan ng serbisyo publiko, turismo at patuloy na pag-unlad ng kultura at ekonomiya.
