I want to share a what happened a few a months ago and lately...

i was thingking many times not to do this but i want take an action being an co- owner of Serai resto...i can allowed myself to stay in a corner and keep silent.
it was 5 times happened....

1st time: the customer asked if am the owner( from Europe)
me: yes!
customer: you know someone take you down and said, someone say to me not dine in your place cuz your food it not tasty at all.

they are wrong your food is great...
me: smile, and say to myself " uuuhh and don't mine at all.( happened last march)

2nd times: a couple ( pinay and Aussie guy)
they order snacks and refreshment .then before the take the bill .the guy called me.hey boss your the owner.
i repplied: yes!
couple: u know they try to tell us not dine in your place because it not classy.
the continued to tell me about the other things.
(yaot ang food ug gamay ang lugar)
me: thank you mam/sir.
me ,on my part in my mind.is not about the place, it's about the food and the people around....( nagsugod na ang kumpitensiya.....business kickin' up!)
(happened last mid of April)

3rd times: from europe ( both guys)they try bigger meals and fita wrap.they both happy after they take the meals.
but they said to me a bad things about my resto and someone tell them from here...not to try our foods kay yaot....
me: deep inside very mad at all to " kung kinsa man ang nagdaot".
4th times: local from manila but a cebuano one.
he confessed me also about what they hear from the beach surfing area they someone destroyed my placed.
5th times and lately: from UK.
the same ang gisulti.

on my part as a brand owner and Chef i have a reputation to protect.
if there somebody used a mouth to mouth marketing and hitting us at the back...
" mind your own business"

walay dautan mag recommend ug dine place/ stablishment or etc.ayaw lang pagdaot kay wala ko magbuhat sa ingon kay naa me gisunod na conduct nga usa ka Chef nga dili magdaot sa uban.
i have my own credibility/ concept ug marketing nga gisunod.
