This award is shared with partner, Manly Plastics Inc. and Jonathan Co. This is equally fulfilling for the founders who pushed for the rainwater harvesting solutions in answer to sustainability, pollution control and netzero goals.
Entrepreneurial Heroes alongside LITHOS Manufacturing was awarded with the Dragon STAR Award 2024. Among the heroes are Jeremy de Leon (Makerscope), Camille Duque (Greenovated products), Isa Songco (Kwentoon), and Patrick Roland de Guzman (Saltric). Liithos Manufacturing as a startup in Climate Tecnology was chosen to be a cohort in UN Women She Loves Tech in climate technology.
We are honored to participate in this onboarding 3-day event. I met women and men founders exercising gender Equality in their workplace while giving emphaty to the environment.
We were also enjoined to participate in Techsauce Global Summit 2024 where we met startup businesses and listened to talks about health, agriculture, AI, climate financing, varied innovation, net zero, sustainability among others.

Pauline Lyra Piedad, a 4th-year student at Ateneo de Manila University pursuing a double degree in BS Chemistry and BS Materials Science and Engineering, is an inquisitive individual with a strong foundation in both scientific and engineering principles. Her academic background has equipped her with hands-on laboratory skills in material synthesis and characterization techniques. Beyond technical expertise, she thrives in collaborative environments, honed through group projects and organizational work, where she demonstrates creativity and teamwork abilities.
Outside of academics, Pauline enjoys relaxing through reading books, drawing, and biking, further developing her ability to focus and achieve goals through dedicated practice. This blend of technical skills, collaborative spirit, and individuality makes her a valuable asset to any team.
As she embarks on the next chapter of her academic journey, Pauline seeks an internship that fosters continuous learning and professional growth. Ideally, the opportunity would involve hands-on experience in materials research and development within a dynamic work environment.

Julianne Kate Gutierrez is a 4th year BS Chemistry student at Ateneo de Manila University. She has a strong passion for scientific inquiry and creative problem-solving, honed through conducting experiments and participating in chemistry competitions. Her hobbies include watching movies and reading books, which enhance her critical thinking and broaden her perspectives. Julianne values environments that promote collaboration and personal growth. In her free time, she enjoys volunteering in organizational work at the university. Julianneβs well-rounded character and commitment to lifelong learning make her poised to make a significant impact in her future career.

Meryll Gene Sierra is a 4th Year Chemical Engineering student who is a passionate music enthusiast who turned her love for melodies into a leadership role as the captain of singers in her University's talent organization. From performing on stage to guiding fellow singers, she brings energy and dedication to every note. Beyond the harmonies, she also enjoys tackling puzzles that challenge and sharpen her logical thinking. Now, she's ready to take on a new challenge as an intern at Lithos Manufacturing. Jayriz Mae Amparan is a 4th-year BS Chemical Engineering student at Adamson University. She likes to watch or listen to movies or documentaries while writing because it helps her focus. She is interested in the Pharmaceuticals and Food Industry, and this is the field she wants to work in. She is excited about the opportunity to further develop her knowledge and skills as a Chemical Engineering intern at Lithos Manufacturing, where she can build her professional career in the future.

She is Alliah Jessa Yim, an Adamson University fourth-year student studying chemical engineering. She is very interested in learning how chemical engineers transform something to make it environmentally friendly, sustainable, and useful for the business sector. She enjoys watching documentaries and horror films, as well as playing video games online and listening to music. She has an interest in the food, pharmaceutical, and sustainable industries. She claims that she is eager to learn from Lithos Manufacturing and gain experience, as well as to be well-versed in the sectors she wishes to work in.

Mariah Echavez, a driven 4th year Chemical Engineering student, goes beyond academics. Her love for board games, and online games such as league of legends since childhood has sharpened her analytical mind and problem-solving skills. These pursuits, along with her movie and anime marathons (especially anime!), showcase her creativity, focus on detail, and adaptability. Mariah thrives in collaborative environments and brings a strong work ethic, honed through years of discipline. As she begins her internship at Lithos Manufacturing, Mariah seeks a role that challenges her diverse skill set and fosters a culture of growth and employee well-being.

Bianca L. Zapata, a 4th-year Chemical Engineering student at Adamson University. She plays the guitar for relaxation and mental clarity; this enthusiasm supports her demanding academic pursuits. She is eager to contribute her abilities and passion to her internship at Lithos Manufacturing. In addition, she intends to contribute to the organization and grow there, as it will eventually shape her future career, and sees this as a critical step in her professional development.

Twelve (12) startups qualify for the accelerator program that will start with a weeklong comprehensive training in Bangkok, Thailand from August 5-9, 2024. Such assistance will greatly help LITHOS Manufacturing in its journey on creating solutions and innovations aligned with Climate Technology such as aquaculture, animal health, wastewater, regenerative agriculture, water management, crop protection and resilience.
The program will also extend online to assist, mentor and accelerate these startups from August, September, October and November 2024.

Lithos Manufacturing as a cohort of the Shell Livewire Accelerator Program in 2023 is a testament of Pilipinas Shell Foundation, Inc. engagement in the development of startup enterprises such as Lithos Manufacturing.
Alongside with Shell's recognition, Lithos Manufacturing also won the 2024 Outstanding CSR Project in Disaster Risk Reduction Management together with Manly Plastics Inc. as team ManLithos, bringing rainwater harvesting solutions to remote and water stressed communities.

Thank you LCF for this Medal of Recognition for Our Rain, Our Gain, Adopt-a-School Program CSR project in Mangatarem, Pangasinan.
Three (3) water stressed schools were provided with one (1) unit of ML Foldable Tank with Zeramic Filter last May 2023. They will use this 1,000 liter capacity tank to harvest rainwater for their daily operations and during times of disasters and calamities where elementary schools are used as temporary dwellings. Clean and available water will be available for the community.
