Refreshing drinks:

Lemonade Ice Tea
1 whole lemon thinly slice
2tbsp. Ice tea powder

Lemonade Ginger
1 medium sized ginger (boiled w/ 1liter of water)
1 lemon (half squeezed the juice, half sliced thin)

2 tbls. Honey

Information from patients recovering from the Hospital ...

Daily

1. Take Vit C-1000
2. Vitamin E
3. 10:00 - 11:00 sunlight for 15-20 minutes.

Thumb size of ginger (slice)
Coffee
Hot water

Procedure
Mix all the ingredients to your favorite cup and wait for 2 to 3 minute
Or you can boil your water with a coffe and ginger
(Add honey or stevia powder is optional but i preffer no sweetener)
