In my practice and in real life, I have met plenty of women who have struggled to get pregnant and have children.

And because of my passionate belief in Integrative Medicine, there have been a few of them that I was able to convince to combine acupuncture with their fertility treatments.

This is my second beautiful success story of a spontaneous pregnancy in a lady with APAS after starting acupuncture sessions to restore balance to her body and bring about energetic changes to allow her body to heal better.

But, most of all, in God’s time, everything falls into place ❤️

Residents are some of my favorite people in the world. They enter residency training like babies to grow up into full-fledged Neurologists in 4 years. You mold them, scold them, guide and mentor them and hold them close to your heart. They grow up super fast, year after year, spreading their wings and gaining a vast amount of knowledge and experience in the fastest amount of time. Then, they graduate and take the specialty exams. And they go out into the big wide world and all the adventures that await.

And I couldn’t be more proud of our UERM-CSMC and QMMC babies. ❤️

This is black tourmaline, a crystal that I use when I’m incredibly anxious or worried or stressed. I place it on my heart and I can feel my heart rate relaxing within minutes. Paradigm Shift.

I have always loved the term “Paradigm Shift” which is defined as “an important change that happens when the usual way of thinking or doing something is replaced by a new and different way.”

If you have haven’t heard of the protein GHK-Cu or GHK copper peptide for its regenerative effects or truly understood the effects of photobiomodulation, look it up or pm me and discover a whole new perspective. Had to read up on it a few years back as my skeptic mind was not to be convinced by testimonials alone.
