1. Only those who are candidates for Summer 2022 will receive an official email from the Office of the Registrar.
2. The link to access the list is provided and a reference number is given per candidate equivalent to your record.
3. The Entry Requirements Status and Academic Subject Requirements are the basis for clearance in the Registrar.
4. Visit the Registrarโs Office-W1 for your clearance and any deficiency concerns on November 28-December 1, 2022, from 9 am - 4 pm.
5. The deliberation date will be on December 2, 2022.
6. The final List of Summer Graduates Batch 2022 will be posted on December 9, 2022.

๐๐ญ๐๐ฉ ๐: The Registrar checks the request online. If the subject is still within its one-year grace period, then the Registrar will send the list of applicantsโ names to the Accounting Office for the payment fee to be reflected in the studentโs portal.
๐๐ญ๐๐ฉ ๐: If the subject intends to comply with it is already beyond the one-year grace period. The student needs to retake the subject.
๐๐ญ๐๐ฉ ๐: After the student informs their teacher. The faculty concerned fill out the Faculty Completion Form with the studentโs grade.
๐๐ญ๐๐ฉ ๐: After completing the INC Form, the Registrar encodes the grade of the student in the grading system and will automatically upload in the system within 3 days upon completing the Faculty Completion Form.

Dropping of subjects with pay can be done any time before the final week of the term. Student has to undergo an official dropping procedure by accomplishing the dropping with pay Gform. Once filled out, the PH/Dean will approve through the Gform tracker. The Registrar will process dropping and email the students for the update.
