The university is honored to announce that Dr. Napoleon K. Juanillo, Jr., Assistant Secretary for Technology Transfer and Commercialization at the Department of Science and Technology (DOST), will be this year’s guest speaker. Dr. Juanillo brings a wealth of expertise in research, planning, innovation, and commercialization, making him exceptionally suited to address the SANGHAYA Class of 2024 on the theme: “Going Beyond Borders: Cultivating Academic Excellence, Lifelong Learning, and Global Citizenship.”
