Customer wanted a front door canopy for her house since her existing canopy has seen better days. She wanted the design to be identical as her BFF neighbor's, and yes, we also made her neighbor's front door canopy and has been around 10 years already.

Despite the uncertainty of the weather, we still managed to pull-off this Gable-type front door canopy, complete with Spanish gutters and Spanish end flashings.

Just want to thank the owner for her unwavering patience because the project has been delayed due to unwanted circumstances but her genorosity and kindness didn't fail all throughout the project duration. Thank you, Ma'am Leni. 🫶🏽

All boarding houses, buildings in general, should have a fire escape plan as stated in Republic Act No. 9514.

Despite the narrow space outside provided for the side walk and road of the village, we have opted for an ergonomically hanging drop-down staircase for the fire escape of this building that's also safe, timelessly usable and weather proof.

It was just a follow up project since they already built a baluster for the terrace but we made use of it so the design of the building will still be as sleek and seamless. The reason why we converted the baluster into a fire escape door. We provided hinges and locks for the safety of the occupants, complete with a triggering lock and lever for the drop-down staircase.

Customer couldn't be more happy of the outcome. 💯

Customer was planning to get a solid gate that can be folded since there's no space outside (because of a narrow road) for a 2-panel gate to swing, the reason why we have opted for a 4-panel folding gate.

Our customer from Australia messaged us through our page and when she had her vacation, she entrusted us the gate project she always wanted to be done since the old one was already rusty and wasn't working properly.

Well, at least now she can open her gate with no hassle: she can have her peace of mind when she returns to Australia. And yes, it completes the aesthetic look of her three-storey classy house.

Started on February 12, 2023 and finished on February 20, 2023 due to rain and gloomy weather. We could have finished the roofing project earlier if the weather was sunny.

As you can see, there were still existing roofs and we took advantage of those so that we won't be needing scaffolding anymore since the plan was to make preparation for the second level of the house till the owner decides to build a wall around it.

We built a shed type roof framing and installed the rib-type long span roofing complete with insulation foam on the reverse side of the roof for heat dissipation.

Well, customer couldn't ask for a better team than Sausa Steel Works. We saw satisfaction on their faces. Their kindness and hospitality were deeply appreciated.

This was once a solid cement wall. Our customer decided to have one portion demolished to give way for a new driveway and for the newly fabricated rail-less top sliding gate by your one-stop steel works shop; of course, that's us, Sausa Steel Works. We demolished the specified portion they want for a new gate to be placed and alongside building new concrete posts for our new rail-less top sliding gate.

Customer was more than satisfied and sorry, I have to say it: "OOPS! WE DID IT AGAIN!"

Gate repaired yesterday @ the # 1 house in Iznart St.

Damage was done by a reckless drunk driver riding his destructible motorcycle. Good thing he had helmet on or else he'll be laying down six feet under. Why? Crashing to this 100+ years gate is no joke especially materials used are standard, durable and quality assured (yeah, talking about materials made centuries ago).

The owner decided to just have it repaired because this is a very iconic gate and the house is part of the centennial buildings protected by the City for heritage and culture preservation.

After 6 hours of metal manipulation with the help of the right tools and sufficient knowledge, we were able to fix it back to its original form without removing the gate from its posts.

This isn't your ordinary sliding gate. Our customers wanted it to be a two-panel gate since there's no room for a longer one-panel gate to settle at one side when it's open. So, we made two panels: one over-lapping the other.

The design for the steel fences was uniformed to the specs of the sliding gate but with pencil-like spears on top and topped with customized logo design (same as the gate) as what our customers wanted.

Started on June 27, 2022 and finished on July 02, 2022 due to rain and storm but we could have finished the roofing project earlier if the weather was fine and sunny.

As you can see, the existing roofs we have demolished weren't good enough and the roofing style was a little bit odd. It had a lot of leaks, as what our customer told us because two different roof drop-ins share one gutter in the middle which was placed internally in between the ceiling and the roof framing. When it rained heavily, the gutter couldn't take the load, the reason why it leaked from the ceiling.

We have decided to make a new one, change the angle of the roof, fabricate new roof framings, bought new long-span roofing (Rib type design) and placed a new gutter externally, in front of the structure.

We pulled it off in just 5 days. However, we could've done it faster if not for the rain interruptions and bad weather.

Still, glad we have finished this project with no hassles and the problem has been resolved. No worries of leakage inside the house even with threats of typhoons and heavy rainfall.
