On December 20, 2023, Mayor Samuel V. Alejo led a meeting with the Executive Officers of BECED 1A. The agenda included presenting the First Semester Executive Officers' Evaluation results, planning for the upcoming election of new officers in the second semester, addressing Grade Consultation, ensuring all professors discussed it, and discussing classmates' concerns along with potential solutions.

The aim of this meeting is to review past performance, plan for future leadership transitions, and address academic and social concerns within the class.
