Turmeric Smoothie. We know it sounds odd and dirty, but this concoction tastes sooo goood. Our 16 oz. smoothie looks like this in a glass. We only use fresh ingredients.. No processed sugar, no processed products.

Feeling a bit adventurous?

Try our new smoothie concoctions. Green Smoothie, Beetroot Smoothie and Turmeric Smoothie. All available next week (Tuesday and Thursday). All made from scratch. We only use FRESH ingredients.

Smoothies can be an easy way to nourish your body with essential nutrients. When trying to lose or maintain a healthy weight, smoothies can be used as a meal replacement, and not just an addition.

Fruit smoothies can be a healthy addition in any meal plan as long as you maintain portion control.

As opposed to juicing, drinking fruit smoothies can help you reach the recommended intake of fiber, which is 25 grams for women and 38 grams for men.

As for our healthy nomnoms, our Chicken Broccoli is a hit, but the Smoothies are by far the clear winner.
