For only 5 pesos, you will be able to make a person imprisoned while the prisoner or a helper of him/her can pay 15 pesos to redeem or else, you have to wait for the prisoner to be free!

October is Mental Health Awareness Month, and it's the perfect time to shine a light on a topic that affects millions of people worldwide. Mental health is an integral part of our overall well-being, and yet, it's often stigmatized and misunderstood. It's time to break the silence and have an open, honest conversation about mental health.

You Are Not Alone: The first and most crucial thing to remember is that you are not alone. Mental health struggles are more common than you might think. According to the World Health Organization, one in four people will be affected by a mental health issue at some point in their lives. This means that someone you know is likely going through something similar, so it's essential to support one another.

Normalize the Conversation: Just as we talk about physical health, it's crucial to normalize discussions about mental health. We should feel just as comfortable discussing anxiety, depression, or any other mental health condition as we do talking about a common cold or a broken bone.

Break the Stigma: Stigma and discrimination often prevent people from seeking help when they need it the most. Let's challenge the stereotypes and misconceptions surrounding mental health. Remember, seeking help for your mental health is a sign of strength, not weakness.

A teacher will stand in front of the class with wobbling knees, shaky breath, and a heart that continuously leaps, yet still manage to look like they are standing with certainty. They always look like they have it all figured out, when in fact, they really don’t. They are just like us.

However, they don't only teach; they also listen—not a lot of people can do that. They will feed us the necessary information while touching our souls. The thin line that separates them from the rest of us is that they will do their job regardless of the circumstances. They are the only constant thing we have, and that’s more than enough.

For that, their existence is something we should be thankful for and something we should celebrate. With that being said, 𝐇𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐲 𝐓𝐞𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐫’𝐬 𝐃𝐚𝐲!

In accordance to the Presidential proclamation No. 470: declaring the third saturday of september of each year as the international coastal clean-up (ICC).

Lamao NHS joined the International Coastal Clean-up 2023 with a theme of "Clean Seas for Healthy Fisheries: Sustainably Feed the Global Population." The said event happened last September 16, 2023 at the shores of Lamao, Limay, Bataan.With the faculty members, staffs, and school organizations of Lamao National Highschool: Supreme Secondary Learner Government (SSLG), Youth for Environment in Schools Organization (YES-O).

ICC is an international gathering that unites people to protect and conserve our waterways and aquatic life. Small changes can make a big difference. Take small steps together to preserve all life on Earth and to protect our beloved planet.

Suspendido bukas, unang araw ng Setyembre, ang mga klase sa lahat ng antas ng mga pampubliko at pribadong paaralan, pati na rin sa alternative learning system (ALS) sa Lalawigan ng Bataan.

Ito ay batay sa pinakahuling ulat ng PAGASA kung saan ay inaasahan ang malakas na pag-ulan at bugso ng hangin sa ating Lalawigan, dulot ng hanging habagat na pinalakas ng bagyong , bagyong at severe tropical storm “Kurogi” na nasa labas pa ng Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR).

Inaasahan po na mula 100-200 mm na ulan ang idudulot nito sa ating Lalawigan hanggang Sabado.
