ALL SOULSโ DAY ||
All Souls' Day, observed on November 2, is a day in the Catholic Church dedicated to commemorating all the faithful departed. This observance follows All Saints' Day and serves as a reminder of the Church's teaching on the communion of saints, which includes not only those who are in heaven (the saints) but also those who are in purgatory, undergoing purification before entering the fullness of heaven.
All Souls' Day highlights the belief in the interconnectedness of the living and the dead within the Body of Christ, fostering a spirit of hope and intercession for those who have died. It serves as a poignant reminder of the promise of resurrection and the hope of eternal life for all believer (Ref: CCC)

๐Youth Power for the Future: Konghuanians are formed to be dynamic agents of social transformation. Therefore, we provide them with opportunities to engage in different forums, discussing social issues so that they can contribute in their own little way to making the world a better place to live in.
Leading us in this discussion was Rev. Fr. Jonnel Magos, PSDP, who discussed how we can mobilize, engage, and make a difference in the upcoming election. Mabuhay ang Konghuanians, Mabuhay ang Pilipinas!
Lastly, after the Cardinal Sin: Championing Social Issues forum, the VOCATION PROMOTION followed. It was facilitated by the priests and seminarians of the Lorenzo Mission Institute. It was a very enriching avenue wherein we gained insights into the different vocations in life. One of the goals is to help us understand God's plan for each of us.

In celebration of Rosary Month, our Early Childhood Education (ECE) pupils embraced the tradition of faith by praying and making their own rosaries. They learned the significance of carrying a rosary, knowing that it serves as a reminder of Jesus and Mama Mary's protection and love.
Through this meaningful activity, the children not only deepened their faith but also honed their fine motor skills as they threaded beads, practiced one-to-one correspondence, counted to ten, coordinated hand and eye movements, created patterns, and expressed their creativity.
The rosaries will be blessed on October 18th, making the experience even more special. The pupils truly enjoyed this beautiful journey of prayer, learning, and craftsmanship!
