CAMINO CAFE - Approved Design Renders

The interiors evoke a minimalist art deco style by playing around with different geometric shapes, forming a playful yet harmonius design. Dark green was also used as the accent color for the furniture fabrics, emphasizing Camino Cafe's color branding.

GOGI UNLIMITED KOREAN GRILL (Expansion) - Approved Design Renders

The interiors were designed to evoke an industrial aesthetic while maintaining the premium branding of Gogi Samgyupsal. This was achieved through a thoughtful combination of materials such as wood, concrete, mesh, and stone finishes - complementing the orange & black fabrics.

The Scooteria Showroom is a fusion of Mods and Rockers, showcasing two iconic motor brands, Mutt Motorcycles and Royal Alloy Scooters - emphasizing the unique characteristic of each label. The main concept of the interior focuses on industrial finishes such as mesh panels, painted steel framings, & concrete tiles - complementing the iconic brick design of Greenfields.

An asian inspired noodle bar situated at Greenfields Square CSFP - constructed thoroughly from every detail. Clean white hues and geometric wood patterns, partnered with manually painted food artworks - creates a perfect asian aesthetic for noodle lovers.

"Roughing-ins" is a term used to denote the preliminary installation of a structure's basic components such as plumbing, electrical and HVAC systems - prior to the application of finishing elements.

This phase is an essential part of the construction process and can help to ensure that a building is safe and secure, whether it is residential or commercial.

SUNCOAST VILLAS

Project Title: One-Storey Villas with Loft
Project Location: San Isidro, Magalang

A villa that boasts individuality and craftsmanship through its unusual form, the Suncoast Events and Villas are loft type structures strategically oriented at the eastern part of the site to maximize its view from Mt. Arayat. Its architectural massing was derived from the regular "A-House," extending its form in a specific angle to create a visual depth and connection between the villas and its surroundings.

The exterior design consists of two major elements: first being an innovatic snaplock roof and wall cladding with pre-painted white finish that envelops the whole facade, partnered with full glass windows for natural lighting and ventilation. The interior focuses on clean white hues and wood finishes - providing a serene and soothing overall atmosphere within the spaces.

With the roof's sharp lines and prominent ribs, and the facade's well-defined edges, the Suncoast Villas showcases a striking design that leaves a distinct visual impact to its users.
