Enrolment for the First Semester of AY 2022-2023 will start on June 20, 2022.
ENROLLMENT PROCEDURE FOR THE ACADEMIC YEAR 2022-2023 & Summer 2022
The following is the step-by-step procedure and the admission requirements for enrollment applications of Western Leyte College of Ormoc City, Inc. for the Academic Year 2022-2023 and Summer 2022, to wit:
Enrollment Flow
Step 1: ACCOUNTING OFFICE
Old Students:
Secure Green Admission Slip from the previous semester at the Accounting Office.
Step 2: DEAN’S OFFICE
Old, Transferee & New Students:
Proceed to the office of the Dean for the selection and verification of subjects and secure for an enrolment slip.
Step 3: WLC ENROLLMENT WEBSITE
Old, Transferee & New Students:
Open a web browser www.wlc.wela.ph and click the Enrollment link and fill-up the necessary information in the form and click submit.
Step 4: CASHIER
Old Students:
Present your Green Admission Slip at the Teller and pay for the required enrolment fee amounting to Php 1,000.00
Transferee and New Students:
Pay for the required enrolment fee amounting to Php 1,000.00 at the Teller
A text confirmation will be sent to your provided contact number once paid.
Step 5: REGISTRAR
Transferee & New Students:
Submit your Requirements at the Office of the Registrar before the Application for Enrolment be accepted.
Once accepted by the Registrar, you may choose the subjects to be enrolled provided by your respective Dean (2nd step) by clicking “Add Subjects” icon from your Wela Account and click “For Approval” button once done.
Step 6: SUPREME STUDENT COUNCIL OFFICE
Except for JD and MAED:
Students must visit the Office of the Supreme Student Council for Additional Requirements.
Step 7: ENROLLMENT APPLICATION APPROVAL
The Online Enrolment Application will be approved by the Supreme Student Council, Dean, Accounting Department and finally be verified by the Registrar.
