• Proficient in using the latest versions of Microsoft Office
• Exceptional organizational, and time management skills
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Perform general administrative support such as filing, logging of documents, photocopying and other clerical tasks
• Communicate via phone and emails to ensure administrative duties are completed accurately and on-time
• Ability to prioritize multiple duties, projects, and work assignments
• Assist in resolving any administrative or accounting issues
• Assist in the preparation of reports as may be required
• Maintain safekeeping of the office supplies
• Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
• Answer calls and/or endorse the same to the proper officer, if necessary
• Perform other functions such as accounting or may be assigned from time to time
