WOTY - Woman of the Year

The Woman Of The Year [W.OT.Y.] is the mother-of-all-pageantries &
the pageantry that would make all pageantries relevant in this day & age...

"The world's most beautiful women in action!"
-W.O.T.Y. It's requirement is for any woman, with no age restriction, who has or representing a Non-Government Organization or a foundation. But must be a title holder of any beauty pageant or even as a runner-up. The winner wins the funding for her campaign.
